AL- Apartamentos Novos Vista Mar

Very spacious apartment. Well equipped with all essentials. Plenty of towels. Welcome pack much appreciated. Bed very comfortable

The lights on entry to apartment block weren’t censored so when we arrived initially after dark we didn’t know where the switches were. The hallway to the lift was unlit so we had to make our way in the dark. As we were arriving in Faro at 7.30 in evening and didn’t get to Quartiera till after eight We would have liked to have received instructions regarding keys and entry to apartment at least a day before so we knew where to go. Didn’t get instructions till we were on plane and couldn’t access information sent. Depended on taxi driver who was very helpful in negotiating the location of keys and then locating our apartment as we didn’t have access to internet till we gained entry to apartment. Receiving instructions the day before would have made a lot of sense and would have been less stressful.

Spacious Clean Working lift Great location

Missed having a more powerful shower Mattress not very supportive

Super localisation la mer juste en bas et beaucoup de commerces à proximité ! Cuisine très bien équipée et les pièces conformes aux photos vraiment bien

Rien !

Apartment is really close to the beach, spacious, and clean. There was a cleaning kit that we got, which is nice as you get all you need to wash your dishes with clean stuff. Keys have to be collected from the office, which is close to the apartment.

The bedroom had a bad smell which didn't go away even with open windows. The worst part is the continuous ask for money for anything, and I can understand to some extend baby cot fee, early booking fee, etc, but it is a disappointment to be asked 5e for bag to be kept at the office for 2 hours after you pay for an entire week for 2 apartments. Not to mention that checkout is at 10, but at 9 the cleaning ladies were already at the door.
