Ideal beach front condo. This place was newly remodeled, very clean, the beach is only a short jaunt over the sand dune away. Perfect for 2-4 people.

Cute house! Everything we needed. I liked that it was a quieter place not so busy! Perfect to walk right out to beach.

The property itself was beautiful and close enough to everything that you didnt need to travel far at all to get to where you wanted to go. The downside, with this being right on the beach, it would have been nice to have some beach towels provided (we come down every year from Michigan and all the condos we have stayed in provided beach towels, beach chairs, etc, which this place did not) In the amenities it stated there was a grill but the only grill we found was beneath the lower deck and buried in the sand. Also, it would have been nice to have an umbrella for the deck to provide some shade for those of my family that are more fair skinned and dont like to be in the sun for long periods of time. We did find a canopy that we were able to clean off and put up to protect those family members so they could still enjoy being outside but again it was under the lower deck, buried in sand and was super rusty, which I cut my hand on while trying to get it set up. Also, previous condos have always had spices and non perishable items left behind by previous tenants which we always have found super helpful so that we didn't have to buy all those types of items for making meals, this condo did not allow non perishable items or any food items to be left behind so unfortunately we had to buy all those extras and transport them back home when previously we have been able to do the same as previous tenants and leave them for future guests.
