About this villa rental
3 bedrooms (1 is en suite), 1 bathroom upstairs toilet downstairs. Entrance is on top floor leading to bedrooms. Parking spaces for at least 2 cars. Kitchen with all essentials living/dining. Swimming pool (can be heated if required but this will be extra cost which is to be paid direct) BBQ area with table & chairs & sun lounges. No smoking in the villa.
We have 4 security cameras on the outside of the property protecting the entrances to the villa, Camera 1 is on the car park checking the gate, camera 2 is on the main door viewing the entrance to villa, camera 3 kitchen door looking to see who comes down the side stairs, camera 4 view to living room doors. These have been installed for your security and protection of the villa. The camera by the living room door is always turned towards the wall when there are guest for privacy- this is only turned when villa is empty for our security.
The property is to be used purely by the guests that have rented the villa, no outsiders or people not staying in the villa are allowed in the property.

It was a nice villa in the mountains outside of Funchal we were greeted upon arrival and got a tour of the home. It was a very nice accommodation. My only thing was there was sometimes a sewage smell from the main bathroom. But we left the window open and it was able to get rid of it.

Beautiful house, clean and heavenly views. We used Bolt and taxis and were just fine. Cheaper than renting and less stresful. Driving in Madeira is not for north americans:) For kids, the pool was very handy. Warm water (August)

Es ist eigentlich ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten und tollem Panoramablick. Wir konnten es leider nicht so richtig genießen, da es ziemlich moderig bzw. nach Schimmel roch. Besonders schlimm waren die Matratzen in den Schlafzimmern, die Bäder und in den Küchenschränken. Wenn dieser Mangel abgestellt wäre, würden wir auch ein weiteres mal buchen aber in diesem Zustand leider nicht. Schade!
