Marina Village Apartment

The property is located in an excellent position for the Marina and Lagos town. The apartment itself is very well equipped and spacious. It's great to have two bathrooms as we were travelling with my elderly parents. A lift was also a bonus. The management team were extremely accommodating with any queries we had which were handled promptly. I would definitely recommend this property.

Although we had booked for 5 people. Unfortunately no bedding or towels were left for the sofa bed in the lounge. This was handled promptly after a message and these were delivered. Also my parents reported that the walk in shower floor was quite slippery, as they are elderly we managed to source a shower mat.

Wat vervanging aan badkamer stang ( aanslag) en wat schimmel bij kit randen deze vernieuwen. Aanslag in hoeken badkamer en doorloop putje kan beter.Een smart TV zou in deze tijd voor deze accommodatie passender zijn . Zijn aandachtspunten om over na te denken hoeft niet stel op sprong

Supplied everthing we needed, good big balcony, bed s comfortable, well fitted kitchen, 2 big bathrooms, parking either outside or in the garage, Location good down hill to the Marina.

Difficult to get in when first arrived but once we go the fob everything was good, you can only get to the pool via the garage which you have to go outside to the garage gate no lift access that we could find, lots of rules for using the pool, the pool is more of a dip pool than a swimming most of it is shallow, Air con in 1 bathroom been leaking for sometime, not many english tv channels but didnot bother us, otherwise all good would go back again

Location is great; a big supermarket only 2 mins walking, the very nice marina is a 5 mins walk and Lagos downton is 10 mins walking. The apartment was clean and spacious with a huge terrace with view on the pool. The contact with the host was very good, all comms via Whats app and received clear instructions prior to arrival.
