***As you enter the complex, you might notice a small construction project at the very
front. You might hear some noise during the day from 8 to 5. All construction and noise from construction stops at 5:00pm.This is no where near this condo!

The Maravilla has one of the largest pools on Galveston Island! There are 3 pools, one heated, plus 2 hot tubs and exercise room with ocean view! We are very dog friendly with a dog park and shower.
BRINGING YOUR DOG: We welcome dogs so if you would like to bring your pet with you, please send a request with the type and weight and we will send you the approval. Please add PET to your reservation. Our non-refundable pet fee is $150 plus tax for two dogs up to 35 pounds each. NOTE: If you bring a pet that you have NOT paid for, this is in violation of our House Rules and you could be asked to leave with no refund.
This condo offers beautiful views, with updated features, sleeps 10 and has 3 king beds with 3 full size bathrooms and a washer and dryer.
You will have 100% access to the entire beach condo with private entrance.
This condo is located next to EVERYTHING fun in Galveston. Just step across Seawall Blvd for access to the wonderful beach. Moody Gardens is just behind us within a short drive. Within walking distance is Jimmys on the Pier for dining (upstairs...over the ocean) or fishing. You can also walk to the Go Cart tracks and the movie theater and Miniature Golf. There is a handy guide in the condo with all of our favorite restaurants and things to do.
Galveston Trolley is available at $1 per ride accessible at 81st St.
Uber & Lyft are available also.
Parking on the Seawall is available for a fee.
Fee: $1 / hour, not to exceed $8 / day, yearly passes available*
Operation: 10 AM – 6 PM, 7 days a week, 365 days per year
At the complex, there is ample non-reserved covered and uncovered parking. You can pay the front office upon arrival or the next morning if arriving after hours. A parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival. The office does not accept cash. Parking Rules and prices beginning June 1, 2021 are as follows:
1) Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax
2) Trailers (Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.
3) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.
Winter Texans! We offer long term winter rates for Fall and Winter every year. Simply add a 30 day or more stay and the discount is automatically added to your quote.

We rented this 3 King bed for our 4th of July weekend. First impression was that the outside of the building looked a little run down. Our luggage carts were actually carts from a grocery store which we thought was a bit odd. When we got into our condo it was very nice. Very clean and nicely decorated. The condo is at the very back of the resort so you are far away from the seawall and beach views. The pool area was nice but packed due to the 4th of July I am sure. I would recommend to bring your own plastic trash bags as only 2 were provided for the 6 adults over a 4 day period. Would recommend a stay here.

The management were great. The condo elevators did not work properly the entire time we were there, and that was and issue as we had a ADA required person with us. When getting into the room, there were a few things that were needing attention. We contacted management and they were very responsive. The sofa bed was completely broken and unusable, the fancy shower in the master bedroom did not work and hasn't worked in a long time. As stated, we brought these to the managements attention and they were very quick to respond.
