A beautiful lake to walk around. Very secure building. Well equipped apartment. Garage parking was awesome to have. King bed could use a new mattress. Neighborhood restaurant are a bit pricey but delicious. We would absolutely stay here again. Marvin is very responsive.

We stayed in this apartment for 3 months (summer 2024) and it was exactly what we were looking for. The location was perfect, close to the lakes and other shops/restaurants. The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities to make our stay very comfortable. Communication with Marvin was always very easy and he made sure to stay in touch with us throughout the stay. Highly recommend this apartment. Thank you Marvin!

Truly enjoyed staying at Marvin’s apartment. Pre-arrival communication was excellent and we had no issues during our stay. Location was convenient to downtown and the airport. Highly recommend.
