Mediterranean Way - Cambrils Duplex

Excellent location: The apartment is located right next to the beach. The water entry is perfect for children, it’s not crowded, and there is always plenty of space to set up. There are free umbrellas available, though I’d recommend buying your own to guarantee shade at all times if that's important to you. Close to Portaventura: Very convenient if you are planning to visit the amusement park. Problem-solving: On our first day, we had a flood in the bathroom, but the management responded quickly and sent a plumber right away to fix it.

Oient key logistics: For both check-in and check-out, you have to drive to an office to pick up and drop off the keys. When you arrive with heavy suitcases after a long journey and are already exhausted, it is a massive headache. In the 21st century, a simple key lockbox with a code at the apartment itself would make guests' lives so much easier. Lack of storage space for clothes: There is basically nowhere to unpack your things. The main large wardrobe is locked. The other wardrobe has hangers for dresses, but the shelves where you would normally fold your clothes are completely filled with the property's spare bedding and linens. Transport and shopping: The property is situated at the very end of Cambrils. If you don't have a car, the nearest decent supermarket (like Mercadona) is about 3 km away. Also, ordering a taxi is quite complicated because they rarely have free cars available in this area, and ride-hailing apps like Bolt do not work here at all. Frustrating start: Even though the plumber fixed the issue quickly, nobody wants to spend the very first day of their vacation dealing with a flooded bathroom.

Todo muy bien el apartamento es perfecto para pasar unos días al lado de la playa y la piscina también está muy bien. El apartamento tiene de todo cubertería de sobra, lavavajillas cafetera, tostadora etc. Tiene sombrilla y sillas de playa también. Hemos estado muy bien y lo recomiendo 100%. La plaza de parking es un punto a su favor.

Todo estaba perfecto

Appartement situé tres près de la mer , très bien équipé ( verres divers , couverts, casseroles , sèche cheveux etc...) . Bonne literie , 2 toilettes , 1 douche . Duplex 3 lits en haut et 1 double en bas. Il y a sièges disponibles pour la plage ou la piscine ( froide en mai 20 ° ) , 1 place de garage ext fermé (très utile l'été ! ) Peu de place cuisine/ salon mais si 3 pers ça va. Une belle balade à faire à pieds jusque cambrils ( 45 min ) en longeant la mer. C' est top ! Et des restos proches . Une supérette courses, croissants et pains au chocolat 😉 Petit balcon (proche des balcons voisins ) avec table et chaises pour déjeuner le matin avec tente solaire tres agréable. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir .

A savoir : 30 marches à monter pour arriver à l'entrée du duplex ( connu sur l'annonce). Clés à aller chercher à Cambrils ( agence ou boîte à clés selon horaire)...15 min pour aller à l'appartement. Et idem retour des clés le matin du départ.

Het is een hele fijne complete inrichting van het appartement , met een vaatwasser en wasmachine, aan alles is gedacht. Zelfs strandstoelen zijn aanwezig. Genoeg handdoeken. Er is een boven verdieping met een tweede toilet. Goede matrassen. Rolluiken voor de ramen. Eigen parkeerplaats op een afgesloten terrein. Balkon met tafel en stoelen in de ochtendzon. Het complex is afgesloten dmv een deur, dus alleen de mensen die er (tijdelijk) wonen kunnen erin of uit.

De buitenkant van het complex vertoont wat achterstallig onderhoud. Toen wij er waren, begonnen ze met het repareren van de balkons aan de rechterkant. Het huisvuil wordt 's nachts opgehaald, dit verstoord enigszins de nachtrust. Wij moesten zelf de sleutel ophalen en terugbrengen naar een kantoor in het centrum van Cambrils.
