About this cottage rental
The house is an old slate building that was renovated in 2013. The original design has been preserved, and accessibility for people with reduced mobility has been improved.
Bioclimatic standards were followed and natural materials were used along with the already-existing materials. Eco-friendly products were used to treat the wood and the floors.
Energy for heating and hot water comes from biomass and solar panels; therefore, the house consumes less energy, reducing its carbon footprint.
The bedding is made from eco-friendly cotton.

You will have access to the entire house and property
Spacious entryway where you can park your bicycles under cover
2 bedrooms with double beds, one of the bedrooms’ beds can be separated into 2 single beds
2 bathrooms, one of which is not en-suite to either bedroom
Living area/kitchen: the kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, induction cooker, microwave, oven, refrigerator, and utensils. There is also a TV and inner courtyard.
Aside from taking some time to relax, you can take part in other activities here, like going for nice walks on footpaths and hiking paths; bicycling along the Vía Verde de la Jara; participating in multi-adventure activities; fishing on the Cijara lake, Garcia de Sola reservoir, the waters of Orellana, and the Tajo river; fly fishing; seeing the wonderful fauna; visiting the ruins of Ciudad de Vascos and the region's monuments; and enjoying the traditional architecture.

Hemos estado un fin de semana, lluvios, pero muy tranquilo, la casa muy confortable y amplia, con su patio que disfrutamos en una pequeña tregua para tomarnos el aperitivo, el entorno para paseos y rutas por los pueblos de alrededor, parajes bonitos y tranquilos, agradecer a Angel su disponibilidad y hospitalidad.

El diseño de la casa es verdaderamente bonito y actual utilizando elementos propios del entorno.
Cuenta con todo el menaje y conjunto de electrodomésticos necesarios; calefacción en todos los dormitorios y baños; materiales ecológicos en las camas; cuidado en los detalles incluyendo desayuno de cortesía.
Los propietarios facilitan la comodidad durante la estancia dado su agradable carácter y su atención.
En conclusión, una muy buena experiencia que me invita a recomendar el alojamiento sin miedo a equivocarme.

Hemos pasado la Semana Santa en esta casa una familia de cinco adultos y la experiencia ha sido muy satisfactoria en todos los sentidos. La casa es una maravilla, decorada con un gusto exquisito (nada de acumulación de cacharritos rústicos buscando un aire pintoresco, que termina por agobiar) y equipada hasta el último detalle con electrodomésticos y menaje de calidad. Los dormitorios son muy cómodos y amplios, y la distribución de los espacios en las dos alturas de la casa tiene un encanto especial. El patio con su limonero es perfecto para pasar un rato tranquilo o disfrutar de una cena al aire libre. Se nota que los dueños han puesto mucho cariño en la reforma, y que disfrutan con lo que hacen. Esperamos poder repetir en algún momento, así que hasta otra, Ana y Ángel! :)

La casa está excelentemente cuidada, y cuando entramos estaba muy limpia y ordenada. los propietarios han cuidado muy bien los detalles. Ofrecen plena predisposicion para ayudarte en todo y ofrecerte todo lo que necesites.
es ideal si buscar un sitio tranquilo a dos horas de Madrid así como si pretendes hacer una parte de la ruta de la Jara puesto que está a escasos 5 km de la casa.
