About this villa rental
Villa Suvi, built 2015, is a comfortable and modern hand made log house. It's new, yet having a lovely feeling of a real wilderness cottage. There is municipal tab water in the house, electric sauna and shower with warm water in the house. Toilet is inside the house. Fireplace and geothermal floor heating keep you warm, air conditioning keeps you cool during hot summer days. Good roads take you to the villa and there is lighting on the yard.
On the beach we have a nice, spacious,relaxing sauna - enjoy with your family, friends or colleagues. We have bicycles, boats, possibility for fishing and other activities - ask for more information!
Villa Suvi situates at Lake Syysjärvi. The water of the Lake is clear, spotted by islands and surrounded by green forests. Nearby we have villages, manor houses, farms and beautiful lively towns. Possibilities for cycling, walking and boating are excellent. Do you enjoy fishing? Or winter sports, perhaps? Enjoy your day with a good book? Our cottages are stylish but cozy, modern with an atmosphere of a wilderness cabin. The region has rich history and culture and a lot to experience during your stay.

Great host and a fantastic house. It doesn't have a direct lake view, but it's easily accessible on foot. Everything is available, from an in-house sauna and several waterfront saunas, to a dock, and a selection of boats from paddleboats to rowboats and motorboats. The house is well-equipped and of high quality. We would definitely come back and recommend it.

We had a great stay in this holiday home. The house is very well equipped, there is practically nothing missing (fully equipped kitchen, barbecue, dishwasher, outdoor seating, two saunas). We would only recommend that a dark roller blind be installed in one of the bedrooms instead of the white one, so that the bedroom can be darkened a little better in summer. Otherwise everything was really great. We particularly liked the water sports facilities (small boat with electric motor, kayaks) and the location on a large lake that we could explore for kilometres. The owners have made a great effort to build a small beach by the water. We would love to come back.
