Except for some bugs in the living room, I found the place very clean and well-cared for. I would rent from Vacasa again.

The house was wonderful and historic. We all loved the location most of all. We didn't have to drive anywhere and still got to hit up all of our favorite spots in Key West. We had enough room for everyone and were comfortable in all of the units. Would recommend!

Pros:
Great location one street away from Duval. Walking distance to just about anything you would like to do. Very clean place with plenty of towels for the week. Perfect for 4 couples. With private entry to each of the 4 living spaces. Beds and pillows were comfortable. AC in each living space. And 3/4 places had full kitchens. Also 3/4 places had a separate “living/TV” room
Cons:
Some of the TVs were not working properly. Very low water pressure in the bathrooms. But departure was terrible. The night before leaving we requested a late check out. They said we could for a fee, which we paid. The next morning cleaning crew was there 2 hours before our check out banging on the door. We explained we had a late check out and they left. 20 minutes later another cleaning crew arrived. Again we tried to explain we had a late check out. But with this crew there was a language barrier. So we had to call someone to explain to the crew they had to leave. Lastly we all went to breakfast and when we came back our door codes to our rooms were changed and we were locked out. Again we had to call to have them open our rooms. Which took around 20 minutes. And because of that we had to pay extra for our scheduled Uber rides for making them wait.
Overall a very nice place. Would’ve been 4.5 stars if not for the terrible departure
