This apartment is a great place for the money you pay. Location is very close to a great beach (2 mins) that has wave cutters - which is great against waves for kids especially. Surfers would find lots of spots too. The apartment is quite spacious, not big, but comfortable for a family of 4. Apartment is quiet. Conditioner worked well against the heat. Ground transportation is also available. Plenty of cafes and restaurants are located by the sea. Friendly responsive host. We would stay again.
Bat Yam doesn't have a lot of new buildings and is not the cleanest area in Israel. The apartment is also located in an old building, so the stairs are not too pleasant. But you get used to it after a few days)

The location was good, everything was around, stores, bus stop. The apartment was clean and light, but there was unpleasent smell outside.

The location is really good. Beaches are about 150 meters from the accommodation.
It’s too wet at the flat, very poor air conditioner that why we had big troubles with mold.
