GREAT location in the heart of downtown Salem. The property is basically an older style two-bedroom apartment with great high ceilings and two huge windows in the living room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom and show was terrific. It's definitely an older unit, but very comfortable and clean. The unit also had a washer (very old. needs to be replaced) and a dryer that came in handy.The owners live across the hall. We met them and they couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. Communication and customer service throughout our stay was top notch. I would stay there again.

My stay at the property was great. Convenient walking distance to state Capitol and restaurants. check in was easy and the place is very clean. Parking isn't the best which is why gave 4 of 5 stars on location/neighborhood. However, the options are not terrible.

The property was clean and comfortable and it is on a good location, within walking distance of coffee shops and restaurants. However, it is very noisy at night in the bedroom facing the street. It was very hard to get any sleep as the noise did not stop until 2 am. We did try the ear plugs provided by the host but that was not enough to drown out the noise.

The apartment is a very nice place to stay for a family! The city is very alive during the day with many places to visit. At night, the vibe changes and becomes louder. We were back in by 730 but could hear the noise. If we knew that the parking structure was not safe at night we would not have parked there because when we woke up Saturday morning, our window of our van was busted out. Truly bummer of our trip, we no longer felt safe and left early. Salem is a beautiful city to stay for the day but not sure if we will stay through the night again.

I few blocks from a riverfront park, steps away from shops, coffee, drinks, and food, and a free parking garage just through the alley! Angela made checking in super easy would videos of the checkin process too. 10/10 would highly recommend!!

This is our second stay in this clean, spacious apartment. There are a variety of restaurants nearby, and you're about a ten-minute walk to the Willamette campus. Check-in and out are easy and uncomplicated. We were happy to return and will be back again.

We were so close to stop many restaurants and bars so we could just go outside and pick somewhere to eat. We drove about 40 min to Silver Falls park so hikes were accessible by this location too. The apartment was clean and well stocked from headache pills to shampoo and conditioner. We watched Netflix on TV at night to wind down. I would highly recommend this apartment if you're staying in Salem.

We stayed here while selling at the Salem Art Festival. It was only 1 mile from the show site and the parking garage was a convenient place to park for free. The apartment is super clean and comfortable with everything you need and no extra clutter. We made all our own meals and were so happy we did not have to buy staples like butter, mayo or spices. The place is very well stocked with all cooking supplies. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

We had a really good time in Salem. The apartment was great! We enjoyed the air conditioning on this 100° weekend. The couch and the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. They even had good quality laundry detergent and a closet with first aid supplies. There are so many shops and restaurants, and a festival was going on at the waterfront which was only a short walk away. The Willamette Valley Vineyards was a 20 minute drive and offered tasty wines and a spectacular view. We will definitely be back!

My daughter's and myself really enjoyed our stay here. They supplied everything you can think of and then some. The flat was very, very, clean. I was initially concerned about the neighborhood because there is a lot of transients moving around the area, but we didn't encounter any problems. Cannot say enough about how wonderful this VRBO was for my wife and I. We stayed three nights, and this wins our "favorite rental ever" award by miles! Location just cannot be beat, and the place had luxury features throughout: top quality toilet paper, all the toiletries you might need, Keurig machine with unlimited coffee and tea, well-appointed kitchen, high-quality iron and ironing board. Parking was convenient at the nearby garage, and occasionally we were able to score a spot on the street. We really loved this place and would not hesitate to rent again. Five Stars. This clean, spacious apartment was the perfect home base for our visit to see our Willamette student. Plenty of room for two adults and a teen, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen has all the right tools. The rental and check-in/check-out process were all smooth and easy. The location is central to many great restaurants and easy waking distance to campus. Free parking is nearby or on the street. We will definitely stay here again in future.

Had an excellent experience with the apartment being welcoming, well furnished and containing lots of information about the area. It’s central to all downtown and we were able to walk most places. Communication with owner was fantastic and check in process was easy. Parking on street right outside apartment was limited to three hours however a close public parking structure was within an easy walk.

The apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable, lots of extra pillows. This is quite literally in the middle of the city which was awesome, we got in the first day a little later and we were greeted by live local bands preforming in a few different areas definitely an awesome city vibe to come into. Parking was easy to find, the street noise is minimum in the apartment itself especially if you stay in the east bedroom. Lots of notes on how to work things in the apartment and communicating with Angela was easy and she is quick to respond. Definitely a great choice for a Salem vacation!
