The house is equipped with every comfort (swimming pool, air conditioning, television, washing machine, hairdryer), has two bedrooms, one bedroom, kitchen, two bathrooms (one of which is external) both equipped with a shower. The total beds are six but there is a chance to get to seven. The kitchen has a veranda with table, chairs, refrigerator, stove, with dishes and covered by a wooden shed,. It 'also a large car park with a capacity of 10 car. The villa has a well-kept garden with lawn, barbecue, relaxation area.
It is located in a strategic position for those who love art and culture. In fact, they are easy to reach various historical and archaeological sites of the most important in Sicily as Siracusa, Noto, PANTALICA. In addition, for nature lovers there are only a few kilometers CAVAGRANDE DEL CASSIBILE, THE NATURE RESERVE OF VENDICARI AND THE PLEMMIRIO PROTECTED LITORALE.

The holiday home is ideally positioned to explore all of the beautiful towns east Sicily has to offer. We drove north to Taormina/Etna, south to Marzamemi and West to Modica and everywhere in between, all of which were reasonable distance drives. The hosts were first class, speedy communications and always willing to help, particularly in the first couple of days to get us sorted with a hire car and shopping, nothing was too much trouble. A hire car is a must due to limited bus/taxi options. The home we stayed in had loads of space for a family of 5, particularly outside. We had a couple of lovely evening bbq’s with great food, music and some cold Messina beers! I highly recommend this holiday. Thanks!

My family had a great stay at Salvatore's villa. He and his wife were so helpful and responsive when we asked about a couple of things we thought might be missing. They made extra effort to make sure we had a great time.
I'd recommend having a car to help getting around. Although you will have everything you need if you choose to just stay at the villa.
We really liked having different spaces to relax .. by the pool, in the garden, by the kitchen - they all had plenty of seating options.

The Villa is located in a stunning region of Sicily, with all of the sites easily accessible by car.
We had a super stay with our teenage children. Everyone enjoyed the fantastic outdoor space and swimming pool.
