All together it was a great stay! Wonderful location, in the city centre, everything was super close

We came with a van and didn't fit in the designated parking spot. The neighbor was unfriendly and not understanding that there was no other way to park our vehicle

Second time this year in apartment because they have best price in Bad Segeberg. Other apartments are much more expensive. Now we got another unit. Nice self check-in.

Good location to have day trips to beach (e.g. at Scharbeutz) or day at Hansapark, 30-40 mins drive away. Booked as alternative to accommodation at coast (all fully booked) but we enjoyed exploring Bad Segeberg (great views from top of Kalkberg) and visiting the very interesting little Buergerhaus museum (house built in 1541) at Luebecker Strasse 15 (but we didn't have enough time there!) Good communication with hosts and easy access to reliable WiFi

Tolle Ferienwohnung!

Ruhige Lage, Ausstattung sehr gut, unkomplizierter Buchungsablauf, angenehme Kommunikation mit Vermieter. Perfekt für unseren Kurzurlaub. Sind Wiederholungstäter. Immer wieder gerne!

Evtl. könnte man noch die Küchenausstattung um 2 Biergläser und auch kleinere Tassen und ein kleines Küchenmesser ergänzen. Wäre noch besser, als es schon ist.

Zweckmäßig

Die Nähe zum Karl May Platz, Kalkberg und der Bühne ist genial. Auch in den Stadtkern und zum Segeberger See ist es nicht weit. Parkplatz gleich vor dem Haus ist bequem.

Steile Treppe bis zur Fledermaus Wohnung ist herausfordernd. Etwas mehr Besteck wäre gut, damit man nicht ständig abwaschen muss. Vielleicht auch ein paar Gewürze...kennen wir aus anderen FEWO s.

Die Terrasse ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen u.ein Sichtschutz zum Nachbarn fehlt komplett. Ein I-Tüpfelchen wäre noch eine bessere Verdunklung im Schlafzimmer.

Exzellente Lage in Laufweite zur Altstadt, zum See und zu den Karl May-Festspielen. Restauriertes historisches Gebäude mit moderner Ferienwohnung, Gartenterrasse und Parkplatz. Gute Ausstattung.

Das Bad hat kein Fenster und der Lüfter reicht nicht aus, die Handtücher zu trocknen. Auf der Terrasse trocknet alles sehr schnell, also kein wirkliches Problem.

Fernbedienung TV im Schlafzimmer nicht original - man konnte nicht lauter leiser machen, keine Favoritenliste der wichtigsten Programme Wohnzimmer Couch - richtige Decken wären schön gewesen Küche - Ausstattung - keine Bier oder Weizengläser Bad - Becher etc. für Zahnbürste fehlt Heizung - Therme nicht in Ordnung macht laute Geräusche - war schlafstörend

Gute Lage

Bewertung für Wohnung unten links im EG: Bei Ankunft war im Wohnzimmer ein Fenster gekippt, daher (Februar) eiskalt und dennoch stank der Raum nach Hasch. Sicher sollte da gelüftet werden, ohne Erfolg, zusätzlich Geruch von zitronigen Duftstäbchen (eher für Toiletten gedacht als für ein Wohnzimmer). Der Vermieter, dem wir das gleich mitgeteilt hatten, stellte uns freundlich Raumduftspray vor die Tür, doch die chemische Keule wollten wir auch nicht einatmen. Die Bettwäsche – genauso wie das Treppenhaus - roch so penetrant nach Waschmittel oder Weichspüler, dass nach 3 Nächten sogar unsere Schlafanzüge den Geruch angenommen hatten. Für den Winter zu dünne Bettdecken und keine Wolldecken o. Ä. zu finden. Gesamte Ausstattung aus Kunststoff, daher unschöne Atmosphäre: Abgeklebter, welliger Plastikboden in Küche und Essraum, der sich sicher schlecht reinigen läßt und daher sehr schmutzig ist. An den Ecken mit sich bereits lösenden Plastikschienen verklebte Fensterbänke, Bettwäsche Decken im Wohnzimmeraus Polyester, auch, Plastikblumen auf den Tischen und auf der Deko-Kaminumrandung im Wohnzimmer. Dinge, die fest sein sollten, wackeln, sitzen lose oder sind schon abgefallen: Beine des Esstischs wackeln, Halterung einer Jalousie in der Küche abgebrochen, Ablagebrett im Schrank runtergefallen, Korkenzieher durchgebrochen, Armaturen wackeln, Klinke der Wohnzimmertür fiel beim Zuziehen der Tür raus, das Hochsicherheitsschloss der Wohnungstür hakt. Backofen schmutzig , Backblech mit altem schmutzigen Backpapier drauf. Im Eisfach eine aufgerissene Packung von Speiseeis. Im Hintergrund des Hofs, von der Küche aus zu sehen und zu betreten, unter einer Überdachung ein unglaublicher Verhau von irgendwelchem Holzmaterial und altem Gerät, nicht wirklich störend, paßt aber als Kulisse ins Gesamtbild. Gesamteindruck, dass sich niemand kümmert und dass die Wohnung zwischen den Vermietungen nicht oder ungenügend gereinigt und kontrolliert wird. Keine gute Erfahrung.

Es war sehr sauber und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Preis ist einfach Top. Leider waren wir zu kurz da, werden daher sehr gerne nochmal wieder kommen.

Kurztrip mit der Familie

Wir waren für 3Nächte in der Ferienwohnung. Die Ferienwohnung hatte alles was man braucht. Die Küche war gut eingerichtet. Das „erste“ Öffnen mit Code, ging problemlos. Die Ferienwohnung hat eine gute Lage mit kurzen Wegen zum See/Innenstadt u Karl-May-Theater.

Das Bad war für 4Pers. deutlich zu klein.
