Rafael is a brilliant host, very welcoming, helpful and responsive. The property is well located near to the beach and restaurants. The property is an older one with character. The kitchen has all the basic things needed, the dinning room and lounge are comfortable. We were not able to use the garden much as the parasol was broken and was away for repair.
Despite the great location to the beach, it is a built up residential area and most nights there was noise from the adjoining street till 2-3 am. As a result, you are not able to have the windows open and there is no air conditioning so very warm at night. The twos fans provided some limited relief. The double bed needs replacing as it makes a lot of noise when you turn over during the night.

Accueil parfait, disponibilité ok. La maison est très bien située, proximité commerces et plage (Praia da rocha). Tout peut se faire à pied en 5 minutes. La place de parking est vraiment un plus en saison (août). Les équipements correspondent à l'annonce.
Le grincement du sommier et du matelas du grand lit est vraiment désagréable. Le bruit, la nuit, est vraiment pénible, certainement dû à la proximité des commerces.

The inside and outside spaces were nicely decorated. The hot tub outside was a really nice feature as well as the BBQ.
Some of the mattresses were not as comfortable as others but that was minor.
