This great holiday apartment is located in a quiet spot not far from the cities of Split and Omis, which boast of beautiful beaches, historic and cultural attractions, and sports activities. Relax from the hustle and bustle of everyday life in this elegantly furnished holiday apartment, which is located in the small village of Šine. In about 300 meters there is a bus stop,caffe bar, supermarket.Cool off in the outdoor pool or go to the nearest beaches. . Lovers of active holidays will find in a 500m a golf course and tennis courts 800m or try yourself in the mountain hike to the top of Mosor
The barbecue are adjacent to the pool. Apart from a well-equipped kitchen, Smart TV and entertainment room, there is an air condition in every bedroom also ecah bedroom has private bathroom. You can spend many hours outdoors on the terrace with pool where is a covered sitting area, a barbecue, a summer kitchen and a pool.

The place was amazing, has great views & shops are close.Did have a bit of an ant & bug problem & the hot water was not always available but other than that it is honestly one of the nicest places in the neighbourhood

The accommodations were comfortable. The outdoor space was spectacular. We sat out and ate at the private patio every night. A car a must for this property, parking is provided.

I traveled with two friends, and we had the entire ground floor to ourselves, each with our own bedroom with bathroom. It was a great space and home base us to go into Split. One of the homeowners (I believe) met us and helped us park our car, gave us the full tour, and brought over leftover desserts from a family gathering. She was extremely warm and friendly and was able to provide us with recommendations for grocery stores and transportation. Her son is a taxi driver, and she connected us with him as well - he was kind and reliable.
We had read on another review that there was an older woman who had shown up in the apartment while they were there, and the homeowner also let us know that the family grandmother was onsite. The grandmother came into the apartment twice during our stay - once while we were having breakfast and another while my friend was showering. She was harmless and nothing bad happened, but some guests may find it more off-putting. We made sure to lock the door to the patio/pool even when we were home to avoid any more "visits". We let the homeowner know, who was mortified, so this may have taken care of itself since then.
It is situated in a neighborhood with steep hills, so if you're walking, be prepared!
Overall, it was a wonderful place, very comfortable and clean, close to town. Perfect for our time in Split!

Excellent property. Lovely to be in residential area and 20 minute walk to coffee bars/bakery/restaurants of Strobec. Apartment good location for visiting coast south and north west of Split not forgetting the wild plateaus of the interior towards Bosnian border
