About this house rental
Chalet T'Laer is a beautifully renovated chalet in the heart of Chatel. The property is located only 500m to the village center with an easy walk to the shops, bars and restaurants. The chalet is split into two apartments with their own unique style and charm. T'Laer 4 is the penthouse apartment with four bedrooms, large open plan living space and south facing balcony.
The living space in T’Laer 4 is stunning and equivalent dimensions to a large chalet with multiple areas to relax after a day on the slopes.
The main living room is large and spacious with lots of natural light, neutral colours and carefully chosen soft furnishings. There are lots of comfy sofas and fur rugs to relax with a movie or holiday book.
At the front of the chalet with floor to ceiling French windows is a gorgeous seating area with 4 armchairs next to a beautiful freestanding log burner.
T’Laer 4 feels more like a chalet than apartment with two floors and feature staircase. All the bedrooms are on the upper level as follows:
Bedroom 1 – Twin
Bedroom 2 – Twin
Bedroom 3 – Twin
Bedroom 4 – L-shaped bunk bed
All the beds will be made on your arrival and you will also be provided with towels and Molton Brown toiletries.
The chalet has two newly refurbished bathrooms on the bedroom level.
The chalet has a large, modern, open-plan kitchen with breakfast bar creating a very social space to cook and enjoy an evening with family and friends.
The stunning wooden dining table with leather chairs is situated in front of the French windows to enjoy the best views at breakfast, lunch or dinner.
T’Laer is located between the Super Chatel telecabine and lifts at Lac de Vonnes. It is 800m in each direction and there is a free bus service which stops outside the chalet.
There is parking at the chalet for 2 vehicles if you are staying in resort with a car and wish to drive to Linga or Pre la Joux.
The chalet also features a large shared boot room with boot warmers so there is plenty of space to get changed and store your ski equipment.
It is also possible to stroll down into Chatel village centre in approx 10 minutes.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement grand et très confortable, de style contemporain, baigné de lumière, avec vue sur la vallée et situé tout près d’un arrêt de la navette.

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille avec deux jeunes enfants vraiment agréable. L’accès du chalet avec les places de pk devant le chalet c’est top! Grande pièce à vivre avec une grande cuisine ouverte très bien équipée.pour les inconditionnels du café le matin Pensez à amener des capsules Nespresso pour une machine Vertuo c’est pas des capsules Nespresso classiques ! On s’est fait avoir. Les chambres sont grandes la literie très bien. La quatrième chambre est petite et convient pour de jeunes enfants. Propreté et ménage très bien. Le chalet est récemment rénové avec beaucoup de goût. Le chalet est très bien insonorisé et notamment entre les chambres se qui garanti un séjour reposant. Une autre chose qui est top, le centre station de Chatel est à 500m à pieds pas besoin de prendre la voiture, il faut noté que le centre est très embouteillé !
Je dialogue avec les propriétaires est réactif et sympathique. Je recommande ce chalet pour un séjour entre amis ou en famille. Bon séjour à tous dans ce chalet !

We hebben een fijne tijd gehad in dit chalet. Alles zag er netjes uit en ook de keuken was voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Goede bedden en nette badkamer. Skibus stopt voor de deur en het is ook fijn dat er een aparte ruimte is om de ski's op te bergen.
