Not much the apartments were nice but exterior areas a bit run down. The cleaners were lovely..

The reception staff were quite arrogant. The rules applying to entrance. Is it a holiday resort or an old people home? A holiday resort has a bar and entertainment. As a disabled person I found it very difficult to get around. Badly signed, confusing lifts. Felt like a second class citizen, who was there under duress. There was no kettle or toaster. Having to access the apartments via a gate at the top of a dirt track is not acceptable. I felt like a prisoner who was locked in until a fellow neighbour explained how to get out. I won't be coming back.

Apartment was brilliant, clean, spacious, quiet, great aircon. Pool and sun loungers lovely, quiet.

Climb up hill from beach, not far but steep. No staff around at all to ask anything. No drying rack for wet towels, clothes.

Peace and quiet. Lovely pool. Good sunbeds & parasols. Great views from the balcony. Laundry facilities the best. Nice fresh towels and clean sheets on the beds. Short walk away from the beach.

Great apartments and staff

Everything. It was lovely and quite. There is a pool but we went to beach. The apartment was quite big and great value. Towels changed daily and cleaned daily. I must mention Isabella on reception who was very helpful. She also let us have use of the apartment right up to our bus was due. Excellent location. Oh and the best air conditioning we have come across. Overall they were perfect.

The place was absolutely sparkling v clean :) Cleaners called every day with fresh towels, the swimming pool i only seen 1 person in the pool and that was my wife and i . The rooms are massive. Free safe , Great views we had :) It was like having our own private place we never seen any 1 :)

We r both in our 50s and we are fit but you need 2 b as its a bit of a bank walking up to it .we only used the front gate 1st when we arrived and when we left . We used the electric gate round the back .if u like 2 go away and watch tv u may struggle as the was no English tv but that never bothered us .

Zeer ruim appartement op loopafstand van strand en boulevard in rustig gedeelte van Benidorm.

Prima, ruim appartement met uitzicht op strand en zee in rustige deel van Benidorm. Strandtentjes op loopafstand van appartement. Wanneer je naar de boulevards van Poniente of Levante Beacht wil dan is een fiets wel noodzakelijk. Veel bergruimte en grote, goed uitgeruste keuken. Ruime parkeerplek in parkeergarage tegen betaling.

In de kamer staat een bedbank die echt slecht is voor je rug en waar je niet lang op wil zitten. Het alternatief is 1 redelijke relaxstoel of 2 eetkamerstoelen. Op maandag en zaterdag is de straat voor het appartementcomplex bezet door een markt en kan je niet met de auto bij het appartementcomplex komen. Wij waren hierover niet vooraf geïnformeerd.

Es parte de una residencia geriátrica y no se especificaba en la descripción. Se describía que había gimnasio y no había. Se decía que había cafetería y restaurante pero había que avisar el día anterior y era el recinto en que comían los residentes permanentes.

Dejado, sucio y con visitantes de cucarachas asquerosas

La ubicación, las vistas y la piscina

No me gustó compartir el apartamento con un montón de cucarachas saliendo en el baño y cocina continuamente.Fuimos un par de días a relajarnos y fue increíble,lo comunicamos y pasaron totalmente de nuestra reclamación, pedimos que nos cambiaran de habitación o taparan los agujeros y pasaron totalmente,ni explicación ni remedio, en fin como para no recomendarlo , estaba sucio y sin apenas menaje, lo unico bueno las vistas y que estaba cerca de la playa, pero no repetiría por nada del mundo.

Ideal para encontrar la paz

La ubicación y la tranquilidad del entorno. En cuanto a instalaciones bastante completo.

Para subir a la habitación había que coger tres ascensores diferentes. Para salir o entrar tenías que esperar a que te abrieran la puerta y el personal tardaba a veces bastante. Me han faltado detalles, más tratándose de un 5 estrellas. No había perchas, ni Fregona, ni tijeras de cocina, tendedero, escurre verduras...La decoración un poco antigua, aunque correcta.

Estupenda

Es un sitio agradable, ya que aunque sea una residencia para mayores y dependientes en su mayor parte, consta de otro edificio que tiene 36 apartamentos. El que nos tocó a nosotros era magnífico por grande, bien cuidado, luz natural, armarios, buena red de wifi, no solo en las zonas comunes como dicen en la web, en el apartamento funcionaba perfectamente. No faltaba detalle en la cocina, y las señoras de la limpieza trabajaban rápido y bien. Las personas de recepción fueron muy amables. En la casa, que lindaba con el pinar del monte, había un olor delicioso.

Lo que no me gustó no tiene que ver con el inmueble, ya que una plaga de mosquitos según nos informaron en la farmacia se estaba sufriendo en parte de los días que estuvimos, de hecho, íbamos a ampliar una semana, pero los mosquitos nos hicieron cambiar de opinión.
