La tranquillité du quartier. L accès aux commerces. La piscine privé et la possibilité de loger des animaux de compagnie pour mon chien.
Les jours de fortes chaleurs l option climatisation serais un atout pour passer de meilleurs nuits. Juste les ventilateurs c est pas suffisant.

La villa est superbe ! Nous avons aimé l'emplacement de la villa a 7min en voiture d'une des plus belles plages praia do Carvalho.
La villa est à 10min du centre ville lagoa où il y a ts les restaurants et beaucoup d'animation l'été. La maison est située a 40 min de Albufeira et burgau.
Pour le prix, la maison manque de modernisme. L'entretien extérieur comme la douche de la piscine devrait être rénover. Les lits sont très fermes. Il n'y a pas de verdure extérieure qui n'est pas entretenu.

The swimming pool was great, and the house in general is comfortable and cozy. The lady that is responsible to keep the place is very kind and helpful. Very good location, near great beaches and infrastructures. Although being near a road, the windows are new and isolate the noise.
The house definitely needs some restoration, especially the bathrooms, painting, and changing couches. Adding AC to the home will be very helpful also. Changing the park layout, because is very difficult to park a standard car inside the house. Sun loungers are also very old. The home also needs some deeper cleaning. I don't think that the house as it is right now, is worth the price asked. But no doubt that has lots of potential.
