Excellent beach front hotel with perfect location!

This is one of my fave hotels! I travel a great deal and this one really offers a lot. In room coffee, excellent staff, beautiful views and spacious rooms. Every day the cleaner comes in and the room is just so clean and fresh. The location on the beach is just ideal as it is set up with loungers and has food and drink service. The manager is also very kind and helpful.

The beds are on the hard side and could use a topper.

Wonderful family-run hotel with great rooms, beach access, and outstandingly attentive hosts.

Family-run hotel with very helpful and attentive hosts. Rooms are bright, clean, and well equipped. It’s right in front of the beach, with sunbeds provided for guests. Breakfast is very good, and the staff go the extra mile—for example, after we asked once about plant-based milk, the next day they surprised us with almond milk they had bought specially. Really kind people.

Perfect place to stay in Naxos

Perfect location, couldn’t be better in Naxos. 30 seconds to the beach and a LOVELY beach at that. We had a lovely room with sea view. Clean, breakfast included. Staff in restaurant lovely and food delicious, we ate here a lot as was very good.

Best Stay in Naxos

The property was perfect! Right in front of the beach, literally crossing a narrow street. The hotel has a restaurant at the entrance with the best food and staff! Our waiters, Savva with the fun personality and Periklís with that warm smile made our dining exeperiences one to remember! The hotel management, Yannis always greeted you with the best attitude and tended to our requests with no problem. The cleaning staff cleaned our room every day! The room was perfect for our group which was my mom, brother and daughter. My brother got the one side of the room that felt like his own bedroom. We were in room 15. And the included beeakfast had everything you need to start your morning right! I highly recommend to everyone!

It was a great stay. Clean, nice room, towels were changed every day. Georgios is very helpful. Late check-out was also possible, which we were very grateful for. Everything Great service, location to the beach and other locations in the area. The Breakfast were excellent, and the restaurants food is as good as anywhere else in Naxos. It’s a quiet and very relaxing place to stay

Wonderful place to relax and enjoy Naxos

Absolutely fantastic location. Right at the beach, close to multiple restaurants, a bus stop and small shops for some necessities. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Lovely breakfast. Beach was wonderful, in order to use the beach chairs one just had to purchase some food /drinks throughout the day, all of which was very reasonably priced and service was great. Could not have been happier.

It is not what you see on the photos.

The property was nothing like on the description and photos on the booking.com. We've been told that they have photos as an example and it is impossible to have such conditions what we expect for the money that we payed. After few hours of discussion they accepted our resignation but charged us for one night although we didn't even enter the room.

Good location, terrible dishonest staff

- Location is great, 2 minutes walking from the beach - Breakfast on the terrace is enjoyable

On my second night, I was returning from the beach and found no hot water in my room. I went to the personnel and told them and they responded "just let it flow until it becomes hot there's no problem", they didn't even come. I tried for 10 minutes, it didn't get hot, wasted a lot of water. I ended up getting a cold shower and I woke up the following day with a cold because of that. . The following morning, I meet the manager (he wasn't there the night) and he tells me "sorry we had an issue with the thermostat yesterday but it's fixed now", which is not what was told to me when I complained. If only they were honest with me right from the start, I could understand, but the lies and dishonesty of the staff is unacceptable. Further more, the manager didn't suggest any gesture as a sorry (additional night on them, or a lunch in their restaurant or anything). I was actually planning to add a couple of nights but decided to go elsewhere after this issue and I won't be back here. "Perla Hotel" which is very close to them, ended up being a much much much better alternative that I'd advise you to check out.

Loved it!

I do think there should be clarity on when a 2 sleeper states it can accommodate 3, but the selection does not allow you to pick 3 but then not all 2 sleepers can accommodate 3, which was our case. Fortunately Athena made a plan!

The hotel is very nice and clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful with everything you need to feel comfortable. Downstairs is a great tavern and 50 m further an amazing beach with sun beds.

Brilliant!

Lovely beach right at the hotel's doorstep! The lady at reception was super nice and waited for me do arrive for check in at 2am! She then explained everything patiently and was always there with a smile on her face. The restaurant downstairs is good and all the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. I had the room with a balcony and a beautiful view to the sea! Room was gorgeous and sparkly clean!

Erholung pur. Wir wollten am liebsten länger bleiben. Sehr liebe und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter. Inkl. Restaurant im vorderen Bereich und im Strandbereich. Sehr ruhiges Hotel. Wenig Gäste (Ende September) Direkt am Strand. Preis-Leistung sehr gut. Frühstück war nur das Nötigste da, aber alles sehr sehr lecker. Ist halt keine riesen Hotelanlage mit hunderten Gästen. Entsprechend wird natürlich weniger Auswahl zur Verfügung gestellt. Jeden Tag wurden die Zimmer gereinigt. Strandhandtücher kostenlos vorhanden. Für unsere kleine Maus gab es sogar einen Rausfallschutz. Das war wirklich ein Segen. Liegen am Strand gegen Gebühr. Aber völlig akzeptabel. Keine Partys Keine Animationen
