Finca Casa de la Virgen, covers a total surface area of 17,000 m2 and is situated in the Barranco de la Virgen which stretches from the centre of the Island of Gran Canaria (Canary Islands) as far as the northern coast, in the municipality of Valleseco, in the Doramas Country Park. Given its rural location, it is in a truly privileged place for those keen on nature and hiking.

The place is very green, mountainess and quiet. You can make beautiful walks in the surrounding of the cottage. If you can, go there!
Juan Carlos and Maria Dolores are very hospitable and they have a good feeling for the details in the house, garden and the brand new gate

Das Häuschen würde mit Sorgfalt und Liebe zum Gästehaus renoviert. Es gibt genug Platz für 4 Erwachsene. Die Küche bietet alle Möglichkeiten für Selbstversorger. Es gibt die in Möglichkeit draußen vor dem Haus zu essen und auch zu grillen. In der nahen Umgebung gibt es mehrere Wanderwege. Seine Einkäufe sollte man vor der Anreise erledigen. So hat man auch mehr Zeit für Ort die Natur zu genießen. Vielen Dank an María Dolores und Juan Carlos !

Hemos pasado una semana, en la Casa de la Virgen, y ha sido una experiencia muy grata. Era justo lo que íbamos buscando, les prometimos a los niños un bosque de cuento , una cabaña de piedra con chimenea y fue justo lo que encontramos. Gracias Juan Carlos, por conservar este paraje tan agreste, que sabemos no te resulta fácil, por dedicarle tanto tiempo y mimo para que este siempre en perfecto estado, para nosotros los viajeros.Estamos acostumbrados a viajar, y hemos descubierto el lugar mas bonito hasta ahora de cuantos hemos visitado,.Felicidades pues tienes una propiedad maravillosa, recomiendo a todo el mundo amante de la naturaleza y la tranquilidad, que se deje caer por GRAN CANARIA.Saludos cordialesFAMILIA POYATO CARABALLO
