Enjoyed the stay , had some insect issues, which bug spray people came helped some. I'd say this unit could use some updated furniture and tvs , all in all good stay .

Management was very good! We thought all rooms had smart tvs and they didn’t. The very next day they replaced the one that wasn’t.

Overall a good stay. Channel 156 is pornography and we could not block it.

We arrived after checking in at 4PM and had to wait an hour in the corridor while the individual “finished” cleaning our room. When we were able at 5PM to enter the condo, there was sand everywhere (floor, furniture, countertops, even in the refrigerator). I immediately wiped out the fridge so I could store our perishable food (since we had waited an hour longer than expected and didn’t want to have to throw out our cold items). Then I swept the entire residence. The amount of sand in every room made it appear that no one had swept/vacuumed the condo at all. The cleaning individual appeared to have mopped the floor, but all that did was smear the sand around the residence. There were linens left in the dryer, and since we didn’t know whether they had actually been washed/cleaned, we ran them through the washer again as we didn’t have enough towels without those. And one of the “clean” provided towels had a red splotch on it which appeared to be blood. The kitchen was disgusting. Chopping boards, utensils, cups, and plates had been put away dirty, with old food smeared on them. The one time we attempted to use the oven we had to pull our food before it was cooked because there was a mat in the oven covered with grease of some kind and it began smoking excessively. Our food was inedible due to the burnt, acrid stench from the grease-filled mat. While we love Portofino and would like to return, we would not rent this same unit again.
