Relaxed and peaceful
I loved the location which is what I aimed for. The place is peaceful and wonderful, food is great and the staff are super friendly. I enjoyed the bike hire, all staff were very helpful especially the concierge.

There was a huge rat in the ceiling, we didn't sleep until morning, what positive emotions could there be?
The only good thing was Michelin restaurant- it was perfect with service and food was amazing. Also massage at spa was really good.
We were really disappointed about the service in this place. Reception was quite rude and didn’t want to solve any problems. When we arrived at 15:00 our room wasn’t ready yet. At night a lot of loud mice in our room, we couldn’t even sleep. The next day they asked us to leave the room at 11am with no excuses. But the reception is very rude. They are very mean, unpleasant, and they don't care that you didn't sleep until morning because of them...

Overpriced and not 5 star service
Beautiful grounds and awesome restaurant
We paid over 1000 euros for a room which was not the room they advertised on this site. We were expecting views of the vineyards instead they have us a room which was dark and had a patio. The reception team really let this place down. It is not 5 star service and extremely overpriced for what it is. We left feeling disappointed: it should be a 4 star place not 5. Check in experience was terrible with people unhappy with rooms and wanting to leave. When I said we were not happy with our room I was told they are fully booked and they did not even want to help. For the price they charged us we left feeling the hotel is a rip off.
