Everything was perfect! The staff were wonderful, especially the receptionist Margarita, who made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was excellent, the facilities were beautiful, and we loved having two swimming pools, including a heated one. The live music in the evenings created such a lovely atmosphere, and the wine was fantastic.
I also forgot some of my belongings at the hotel, and the team contacted me immediately and kindly arranged to send everything back to me. Such amazing service! We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay.

Beautiful grounds and awesome restaurant
We paid over 1000 euros for a room which was not the room they advertised on this site. We were expecting views of the vineyards instead they have us a room which was dark and had a patio. The reception team really let this place down. It is not 5 star service and extremely overpriced for what it is. We left feeling disappointed: it should be a 4 star place not 5. Check in experience was terrible with people unhappy with rooms and wanting to leave. When I said we were not happy with our room I was told they are fully booked and they did not even want to help. For the price they charged us we left feeling the hotel is a rip off.
