It was so lovely. We really liked the pools. The space quiet and private and we had the perfect room overlooking the grapevines.
Nothing to mention. Maybe the gym
needed air conditioning though. Otherwise, it is a really perfect spot.

the location is very beautiful
The receptionist was blunt and unhelpful when we were trying to find a taxi or Uber. Could the hotel not offer a car service?
The waitress did not even apologies to us when our fish as main course was under cooked.
