About this villa rental
Welcome to Villa Surya, an incredible brand new 6 bedroom luxury home with incredible panoramic views of the Sayulita bay. Enjoy year-round sunsets and fresh ocean breezes up on top of Nanzal Hill on the north end of Sayulita. The villa consists of a spacious 2 bedroom home, and 4 private suites below which can be rented separately, or together with the main home, to create options of 1 to 6 bedrooms. The space
The main home is a spacious 2 story architectural delight, with 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, floor to ceiling windows, a large kitchen, living room, outdoor dining area, and an infinity pool with incredible jungle and ocean views. There are balconies off of each bedroom, and a large terrace off of the main living area. Below the main house are the 4 individual suites, each one with a queen-size bed and private bath. The two upper suites each have a private balcony, while the two lower suites each have a terrace with a private dipping pool. We have beds for up to 12 guests when the entire villa is rented. We allow up to 16 people, with an extra charge of $50/person per night for more than 12. We have two queen-size inflatable beds which can be set up in the main living area, or in any of the lower studio units.
Other things to note
Nanzal Hill is a highly sought after, high-end neighborhood, due to the incredible views, tranquil jungle setting, and privacy that it offers. The road up to our home has a few steep sections. Guests in good physical shape can walk down to the beach in 10 minutes and to the town center in 15-20 minutes. The walk up will take a little longer. We have two private parking areas, and a car or golf cart rental is an option for people who don't want to walk up and down the hill. Taxis are inexpensive and readily available. We can also arrange a driver for you with a car or van, to take you up and down whenever needed.

The house is gorgeous. High ceilings with more windows than walls capturing breathtaking views of the bay. At night you can literally see the stars while laying in bed. The owner and property manager were lovely and very helpful. We absolutely loved our stay and will be coming back!
