Pleasant large hotel with comfortable rooms

Large comfortable room, very clean and well furnished. Helpful receptionist who lent an adaptor as ours didn’t work. Good selection at breakfast. Well located to walk into town. Stored our bikes securely in the garage.

No blackout blinds so got light very early. No aircon but knew that from the description.

You won´t regret a minute from having stayed here

It was a big surprise to find such a nice hotel just 40 kms from Karlsruhe. After a long day in the car you want a quiet room, a good bed, a nice shower and it all exceeded that. Also a very nice adjacent restaurant. So, great value for a very decent price

the location in the village is good

I got room 114 on the ground floor at the end of the annex right next to the front door. during the evening and night people for other rooms had to pass this front door which closed with a loud bang. only deep in the night was I able to get some sleep

No iron available. Cleaning lady was relentless coming in on a Sunday at 9am. It was so hot in the room. I wish they had a fan we could have used at night.

Cute little hotel with spacious rooms and exceptional breackfats (non English speaking staff)

The hotel itself is very nice - a nice house with rooms in a quite street into a near proximity of a little centre. The room was big and comfortable. Cleanliness o.k. Breackfast exceptional. (Public) parking near the hotel. It is attached to a nice and cozy restaurant with very nice and polite waiters who. Food exceptional.

The staff of the hotel not o.k. - especially the first day of check in. Dirung breackfast the saff was smoking and pooring coffee from the coffe machine in the dining room. It was not clear who was the guest and who was the employee. English language - non existing.

Leider war dies unser letzter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel.

Der Frühstücksservice war wie immer sehr gut, und das Frühstückspersonal war ausgesprochen nett.

Leider gab es beim Zimmerservice eine mangelhafte Kommunikation. Erst nach drei Tagen wünschten wir einen Zimmerservice und entfernten entsprechend das Bitte-nicht-stören-Schild. Uns wurde jedoch beim Check-in nicht mitgeteilt, dass zusätzlich ein spezieller Türanhänger angebracht werden muss. Da kein Service erfolgte, fehlten Toilettenpapier und frische Handtücher. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, wir hätten keinen Zimmerservice gewünscht. Die Situation endete leider in einem unangemessenen Umgangston seitens des Personals. Nach dem dritten Aufenthalt war dies für uns der letzte Besuch in diesem Hotel.

Komme gerne wieder.

Der Empfang wahr nett und freundlich. Aufzug im Haus ist sehr angenehm. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Frühstück ist ausreichend und der Kaffee gut.

Vor dem Hotel parken ist schwierig . Aber man kann an der Straße umsonst parken. Das WLAN ist nicht besonders stabil.

Kaffee hat leider nicht geschmeckt - sollte frisch aufgebrüht oder mit Kapseln erfolgen; frisches Obst zum Joghurt wäre wünschenswert.

Die Organisation des Hotels scheint verbesserungswürdig, wenn man das reservierte Zimmer ohne Check bekommt und das Zimmer noch nicht gemacht war. Das Hotelrestaurant liess an Angebot und Qualität sehr zu wünschen übrig. Wenn man abends anreisst würde ich keine Empfehlung für das Restaurant aussprechen
