Casa Fina Fine Homes offered everything we value in long-stay accommodation. The charming cottage-style rooms were spacious, comfortable and surrounded by beautifully maintained tropical gardens that created a peaceful retreat just moments from the heart of Pantai Cenang. Its location was outstanding, with the beach, restaurants, cafés and shops all within an easy walk. The genuine hospitality was what truly set Casa Fina apart. Every member of the team was warm, welcoming and always willing to help, whether organising tours, scooter hire or simply offering local advice. Their exceptional service was the main reason we extended our original seven-night stay to four weeks, making Casa Fina one of our favourite accommodations of our full-time travels.

There was very little to fault. Travellers looking for resort-style facilities such as a swimming pool or on-site restaurant won't find them here, but for us, the property's charm, location and outstanding hospitality more than made up for their absence.

The friendliness and the attitude of the staff. Sweet with a friendly smile on their faces and very happy and eager to help or give advice about activities and tours. The room was rather basic and had all we needed for a short stay and they replenished our water bottles every day which you can also refill from the cooler at the reception.t I would like to see more towels been offered. Location was good, within walking distance from everything. The place looked quite tropical with the palm trees and enjoyed our little verandas.

At least a hand towel and a face towel. Only two towels are not enough and more shampoo and body wash. We payed a small amount for two extra towels. The bathroom needs renovation and the ventilator needs to be properly cleaned.

The location is great

Old fixtures, zero ammonites apart from toiletries, not even additional towels will be provided, the TV was broke, water was leaking during heavy rain,not even a chair inside the room to sit, all furnishings are age old and some of them broke, surprised that they did not even have an microwave Owen in the entire facility
