Forest retreat!

A unique mountain retreat in the forest! Setting was incredible. Family running it were very warm & helpful. Macaques and many species of birds visible from the hotel.

We were there in low season so very quiet. Some of the property was looking a little tired.

Great location with and amazing view!

The view was incredible and the chalet that we stayed in overlooked an amazing vista. The chalet was lovely for a couple with a fire and a hot tub. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would recommend.

There was a little limited hot water on occasions.

Lugar muito bonito. A proprietária, senhora Cristina, é muito simpática e agradável. Está sempre à disposição dos hóspedes. Vale a pena se hospedar.

Café da manhã ótimo, muito bem preparado e com boa variedade. O ambiente é maravilhoso e o pessoal que trabalha lá também. É um hotel no meio da floresta, pra quem gosta de estar na natureza e aproveitar a flora e fauna, vai gostar bastante. Fomos esperando até menos do que encontramos. Bom demais. Possui um cardápio variados para almoço e jantar. Pretendo voltar mais vezes.

Não tenha nada que eu não tenha gostado. Pra um hotel que é bem pra dentro do mato, tá ótimo. Mas tenha em mente que o acesso até o local é estrada de terra de alguns km que da pra fazer com qualquer veiculo, mas demanda atenção redobrada, como eu gosto dessas coisas, agregou ainda mais na experiência.

A vista é maravilhosa, uma paz incrível, os funcionários fazem toda a diferença. O Mendes faz tudo para agradar os hóspedes, é super competente, a Francisca também, super atenciosa. O café da manhã muito gostoso, com uma vista incrível. Com certeza voltaremos outras vezes.

O acesso é um pouquinho difícil, mas dá pra ir tranquilo. Só não aconselho chegar à noite antes de conhecer o caminho porque não tem nenhuma iluminação.

Cama muito confortável e chuveiro maravilhoso. O lugar é simples, mas super atendeu nossa necessidade. Custo benefício excelente! Equipe de atendimento maravilhosa, foram muito gentis.

Lugar lindo e exclusivo, com excelente atendimento

O lugar é mesmo muito bonito, parece ser uma antiga fazenda tem instalações rústicas e elegantes como a sala de jogos ao lado da piscina, muita natureza e animais da fazenda. Fomos super bem atendidos, ótimo para casais e pra quem busca privacidade e exclusividade.

Os chalés apesar de funcionais já estão um pouco desgastados pelo tempo, os móveis são antigos e o acesso ao local é um tanto desafiador. Mas reitero que vale a pena.

Não têm nem um atrativo e com chuva então nada p fazer . Não tem wfy nos quartos e tv acabo . A subida é horrível um morro sem fim e chovendo é super perigoso não dá p ficar subindo e descendo . De hóspedes somente nos e outro casal .

Café de manhã super simples o bolo do segundo dia era o mesmo . Os pães não eram frescos e a variedade pessima. De vista linda , já vi muito mais bonitas . O que salva somente são as duas pessoas que trabalham lá .

A vista é realmente linda , o pessoal é bem receptivo e atencioso.. O jantar estava ótimo , o café estava ótimo ! Se você procura desconectar da cidade é uma ótima proposta . O hotel fica bem perto da entrada do parque de Itatiaia , fui de moto então pra mim foi bem tranquila a estrada , mais se for de carro vá com a proposta de não ficar saindo pra ir na rua toda hora pois a subida na parte que o asfalto acaba é bem sinuosa !! Eu minha esposa amamos , voltaremos em um próximo oportunidade !!
