Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet the expectations of a 5-star property. The biggest disappointment was the reception. While not all staff were like this, one receptionist in particular was rude, unhelpful, and very indecisive. We requested a room change several times so our family could stay closer together, especially since the hotel is spread across a steep hillside. Despite waiting for two days, we never received a clear answer or proper follow-up. The food was mediocre at best. There was a reasonable selection, but the quality and taste were average and became repetitive after a couple of days. The all-inclusive drinks were limited to local brands, which is understandable to some extent, but don’t expect premium spirits or cocktails. The overall beverage offering was underwhelming. The hotel itself is clean, and the views are nice, but it simply doesn’t feel like a genuine 5-star experience. The service, food quality, and all-inclusive offering fall well short of that standard. Overall, there is significant room for improvement, particularly in customer service and consistency. I would rate this hotel closer to a 3-star or, at best, a modest 4-star property rather than a true 5-star hotel.

Άλλο δωμάτιο κλείσαμε.. άλλο μας έδωσαν. Και καλα μας έδωσαν καποια καινούργια τα οποία ηταν σε μια μεγάλη κατηφόρα και με πολλα σκαλια επίσης. Το σκεφτόσουν να πας να φάς. Και βρήκαμε το σεντόνι βρώμικο.

Good hotel stunning location 1 bedroom suites very big on ground floor, pools not big enough sun beds packed together. Food is the same meat and pasta salad, no taste in the food poor quality cocktails are awful and the cola is disgusting We ate out a lot which is lovely not a bad meal

We have been travelling Europe from last 5 years and have been to around 20 countries and have stayed in almost 50 properties. This was one of the most disappointing experience purely because of the staff behaviour. Only the staff in the restaurant- specially head chef and staff serving us were polite and respectful and were open to listen to us and made efforts to make our stay memorable and comfortable. Apart from them, from Manager of the hotel to bartenders in the bars everyone was very rude and disrespectful. Drinks options were limited in all inclusive package. Whatever was included no effort was put in by the staff to make them correctly. Location is very remote but they do provide shuttle to Bali Village so you don’t need a taxi every time. Bottom of the story I won’t recommend it to anyone who wants to be respectfully treated, if you’re fine with regular arguments for no reason and are fine walking up and down the hill all the time then may be it’s fine.
