Fantastic location with great views. Super friendly and helpful staff. Common areas and room exceptional. Breakfast and dinner were both very very good. Free parking. Pool.

Wonderful location and view. Very scenic. Staff quite friendly and willing to assist any needs. Dinner was excellent in hotel restaurant.

Beautiful hillside view of sea and Castlesado perched in the distance.
Friendly staff.
Great beds.
You can't safely walk to Castlesado (there is a busy road).
There were a lot of wasps each morning with breakfast, making sitting outside unbearable.
(Sometimes 5 wasps visiting at any time!)
The hotel doesn't seem to see this as a problem but I think they need a mesh screen.
(There is no pre-laid seating inside but we moved ourselves in).
You must pick your breakfast choices the day before, which is unusual and seems unnecessary. A small, simple buffet would be better.
There were wedding events on 2 successive afternoon /evenings, with chanting which sounds like a football match (300 guests).
But the live band sounded good!
The safe to room 103 does not work and was not fixed. The cleaners twice left the room unlocked - even after we mentioned to the desk that they should ensure our possessions were secured.
