Ruhig, in einem Wohngebiet gelegenes Hotel, fußläufig zur Isar und naheliegend zur Stadtmitte. E-Bikes konnte man einigermaßen sicher unterstellen, Versorgung mit Getränken nach Dienst des Personals war sichergestellt.
Unterbringung unter dem Dach bei hohen Temperaturen ohne Klimatisierung grenzwertig, Badezimmer ohne Fenster sehr in die Jahre gekommen, im Verhältnis zur Ausstattung zu hohes Preisniveau
