About this apartment rental
This second floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium is located on the Bay side of our property. The Bay side has a pool, hot tub and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, this two bedroom unit sleeps a maximum of 4 people. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with a king bed with a 32" flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has a 2 twin beds with a 32" flat screen TV. Also, there is a sofa bed in the living room with a 50" flat screen TV. Both bathrooms have tub/shower combinations. The beautiful open-plan kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo has tile throughout. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.

Gated condo in an ideal area of Siesta Key. Very nice pool and views on the bay side and easy access to the beach which was across the street. Property and condo was clean and very well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Me an my wife stayed here for a little alone time and were impressed with the proximity to both the beach and bay. It exceeded our expectations. Would stay here again.

Generally speaking the unit was nice. However, the listing needs to be updated. The photos and description indicated the guest room had a queen bed. Upon arrival it had 2 twin beds. Also the shower in that room was little more than a trickle.
