Struttura molto bella e pulita. Staff molto gentile. Colazione abbondante e con differenti opzioni. Spiaggia gratuita per gli ospiti proprio di fronte all'hotel... c'è anche un ristorante in spiaggia... buono e davvero apprezzabile
Bellissima la piscina anche se, ancora una volta, richiedono la cuffia... portatevela!

We loved this hotel and particularly its location close to the beach and to Vieste. Really well looked after, a very nice room with a beautiful view across the bay, a lovely pool too. Other fantastic beaches and views nearby.
The breakfast had a more limited range than all of the other hotels we visited on our tour of Puglia. Also, the staff were nice but not as friendly as the others we met in Puglia but that is measuring them up to the exceptional friendliness we experienced elsewhere.

The hotel is very clean and nice looking. The pool in the back is very large and the beach bar across the street is aesthetically pleasing.
This hotel was a sore disappointment for us and we regret very much to have booked there. Not a single place in the bathroom to put your toiletries despite the fact that there would have been plenty of space to put some shelving either underneath or beside the sink. You have to put the lid of the toilet seat down to find a place for your toiletry bag. The shower also has no space for your toiletries under than on the floor and is quite small. You need a swim cap for the pool, so we did not use it.
However, by far the worst thing about this hotel is the staff and the fact that we did not feel welcome and accommodated at all as non-Italian speakers. The menu was only posted in Italian and little effort was made to help us understand it. Staff seems to have very little knowledge of English or any other foreign language and is unwilling to use it. We speak 3 languages but not Italian and seemed to have been perceived as ignorant Americans (we are actually Europeans who live in Canada and are fluent in English, French and German). Upon my request, the receptionist wrote up a translation of the menu on the first day which took something like 15 minutes and none of the waiters inside the dining room tried to speak English with us. The second day, we once again had difficulty as at the beach bar nobody seemed to care about us and we could not even reserve a table. We returned to the hotel and finally found someone to just briefly tell us what was on the menu. After that we decided to not eat at the hotel anymore and never had dinner there. For breakfast there as a buffet, so it was easier. The food was alright, but not outstanding. Tables are assigned by waiters, and after they wanted to seat us at a table in the sun and I requested a table away from the window of which there were plenty, the weather asked why I wanted that, did I not come for the sun? (I am very light-skinned and take medication that makes me prone to skin cancer, so I try to be in the shade).
