About this villa rental

Beautiful stone built villa with private swimming pool, situated in a peaceful area near the town of Pollensa (10-15 minutes walk) on the road to Cala San Vicente, surrounded by a garden with fruit trees and other plants and flowers. Wide car parking.
All peaces on ground floor, two steps to get in.
A large living-dining area and separate fully aquipped kitchen.
Two twin bedrooms, one bathroom to share, one double room with ensuite shower bathroom, also an aoutdoor bathroom with shower.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. Sebastian is very helpful and everything worked very well. The house is lovely and certainly lives up to the pictures in the ad. Pool and garden also very nice and well kept. We would be happy to return!

Very comfortable house for staying with family or friends. The pool area is really nice with a separate area for BBQ and grill. The host is very friendly and attentive to client wishes. Seamless and accurate process to check in and out.Excellent location. Quiet and close to Pollença and Puerto Pollença.Very cle as n property and well maintained

We have just spent a week in this villa in north east Mallorca and had a perfectly relaxing time.The villa and owner were great, and the location ideal for a some peace and some cycling.We would certainly consider returning in the future should be decide to revisit the area.

After looking at many others, we booked this villa after reading previous reviews and were so glad we made this choice. Sebastian and his family work very hard to maintain a clean, tidy and comfortable villa with a fantastic pool and outdoor area. The garden is very well maintained , green and with a pleasant outlook onto the lawn, plants, and trees.The spacious kitchen and dining area is well stocked with all the plates, pots, pans, appliances and utensils to cook for an army! Two local supermarkets are a short drive away as is the busy Sunday Market in Pollenca. As well as inside, their is a great outdoor dining table and area with plenty of outdoor shaded seating, loungers and sun umbrellas. The pool was very clean and we were pleasantly surprised to find it so warm (24-26 degC) for early June and swam a lot every day.Very much appreciated the warm welcome, bowl of fruit and bottle of wine on arrival. Even changed the towels and bath mats halfway through the week long stay. Not to mention the washing machine.. a godsend after travelling for 2 weeks prior! Thank you so much Sebastian and family for a very memorable pleasant and relaxing stay.
