Completely remodeled, beautiful finishes, amazing magazine quality bathrooms and kitchen. 2 Outdoor Showers, 2 Full Size Refrigerators & 2 Dishwashers!Other amenities include: Beach Chairs, Pac and Play, 2 Drip Coffee Makers and 1 Keurig, Blow Dryers, First Floor Sound System.Owner provides quilts and pillows. Tenants must bring or rent their own sheets and towels. The pool can be heated to 83 degrees for an additional fee. This house had everything we needed for a March weekend stay with our three generational family of 23 people. The house is beautiful and very large with lots of communal space and also spacious and comfortable bedrooms. We especially enjoyed the sunporch. It was conveniently located near the beach and also close to shopping areas. We cooked two large meals and found every utensil, pot, and appliance we needed. I would highly recommend this venue. It is a dream home!

This property is in a great location - easy walk to the beach. The house is huge and the outdoor space was great. The kitchen was nice but the refrigerator in the kitchen needs to be replaced. It was missing some pieces inside and was rusty. For as nice as the kitchen was this did not seem to fit. There was another fridge close to the kitchen so we just used that one.

This was a wonderful house that fit about 22 women comfortably…and ALL of them were pleased with the house!

The house is absolutely beautiful! The location is perfect, close to beach, congress hall and many other attractions. It was a perfect place for a cousin's reunion and it easily accommodated our group of 17 women. We hope to come back next year to continue the tradition of catching up with each other and making memories.
