Enjoy local restaurants such as the Conch Republic and Sweet Sage and the Frog Pond, grab a burger and a beer at The Friendly Tavern or head a few miles north to Indian Rocks Beach for fresh local seafood at the award-winning Salt Rock Grill, all just minutes from your vacation home. Redington Beach is just a 10-minute ride on the beach trolley to John's Pass Village, a large marina, shopping and dining complex that offers a variety of water sports rentals and dolphin-watching or sunset cruises. 15 minutes to the north, you'll find another marina and a variety of shops and restaurants at Clearwater Beach, also home to the Clearwater Aquarium.
For a taste of city life, nearby downtown St. Petersburg, a 20-minute drive from the beach, is home to several world-class art museums, including the renowned Salvador Dali Museum, and popular attractions less than an hour's drive away include Busch Gardens, Adventure Island and the Florida Aquarium.

Great stay- huge condo, amazing balcony, fantastic view. Could use some updates, but with all the pluses, I can live with a little outdated. Definitely a place to return!

110 La Contessa was everything we were looking for. The perfect stay for are vacation in Florida in December. The beach is literally outside so when it says beachside property it definitely is. The property was well equipped and well maintained for myself my husband and are 2 teenagers. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets dolphins playing in the water just some of the gorgeous views we had. The pool are and complex is well maintained by the property manager. We were sad to leave but there is always next time. I would recommend this property to families it has everything you would need.

This place was just amazing. Exactly as shown in the photo’s. The balcony is my new favorite place on earth. Renting proces was very smooth. Unit was well maintained and appliances all worked. Some of the things were not of the best quality, but sufficiënt. I would do the same if it were my rental. Mostly nice people in the building and QUIET! So nice! The fishing pier is a great bonus and wildlife all around to gaze at. Property manager on site a wonderfull guy and extremely helpfull. We would definitly come back if we get the opportunity!
