Die Aussicht ist einfach magisch. Einfach die Seele baumeln lassen und auf das Meer schauen. Due Küche ist ganz gut ausgestattet und man kommt klar. Große Wohnung mit viel Platz. Zum 6. Stock des Wohnhauses fährt ein Aufzug. Das ganze Haus ist sauber, gepflegt und hellhörig. Italien pur neben an. Die Gegend ist auch für Alleinreisende Frauen sicher.
Ein scharfes Messer hat gefehlt. Mülltrennung ist vorhanden und erwünscht, aber unten am Haus blickt man nicht durch, welcher Müll wohin soll. Mülltonnen haben Schlösser und sind farblich sortiert, aber sind nicht beschriftet.

Top Lage, direkt im Stadtzentrum, große Terrasse mit grandiosem Blick aufs Meer. Sehr gute Ausstattung.
Wasserdruck war nicht optimal, man hat es insbesondere im Bad gespürt, dafür kann aber der Betreiber recht wenig.

la vista dal terrazzo è strepitosa tanto da essere terapeutica e da dare dipendenza con una vista così si sta bene pure con un sacco a pelo… quindi impossibile dare meno di 9… Però…Alcuni piccoli dettagli andrebbero migliorati ( le lenzuola e gli asciugamani puliti ma consumati, bagno vecchio soprattutto la doccia, stendino un pochino datato divisorio per il frigorifero e ripostiglio in compensato,un unico mazzo di chiavi ) ma tutto perde importanza davanti alla vista e al rumore del mare Con qualche lavoro di ristrutturazione bagno e cucina sarebbe perfetta ma è comunque una casa molto funzionale in 4 si sta benissimo. Inoltre la posizione in centro ma lontano dal caos la rende strategica. Consigliatissima.
