The Camping Site Hamat Gader

Friendly staff, the whole compound was kept very clean, the pool was clean, the tent was a good size for five people, air-conditioning and fridge worked well. Because it was very hot outside, we didn't feel like going into the hot pools but spent all our day in the splash pool and that was fun. It has a great waterslide (only for kids over 10 years old)

There was no restaurant or snack bar on the compound, only a little shop that sold some snacks and drinks.

The air conditioned tent was perfect for our family. It was comfortable with a fake grass floor and included mattresses and pillows for all of us. Plenty of fridge space was available on the site, and our family enjoyed both the hot and cold pools. We especially enjoyed the evening torch led tour of the space and appreciated learning about the history of the area. Note that the facilities have reduced their attractions during corona and no longer have the live animal park, but nonetheless it was an enjoyable and comfortable simple summer getaway for our family.

Sometimes the slide was not working, which was upsetting for the kids.

I really enjoyed my stay at this campsite. The staff was great along with the activities. Bathrooms could be a little more up kept. I also suggest that they should have a medical doctor on call at all times. We had a emergency, one of our guest was bitten by a scorpion and no one from there staff outside of a regular worker came to our assistance. An ambulance was called and she was rushed to the nearest hospital.

Ça change vraiment de faire du camping dans une tente Les enfants ont bien aimé Il n’y a pas de moustique ça, c’est vraiment un plus On a passé vraiment un bon moment en faisant un grand barbecue (il faut bien sûr, ramener son propre barbecue ainsi que sa viande et tout ce qui va avec)

Il n’y a pas de draps ni de Couverture (il faut les ramener) Le confort est minimal pour dormir la nuit. Heureusement il y a la clim dans la tente car sinon ça serait impossible. Douche, WC et lavabo à l’extérieur en commun avec tout le monde
