Check-in moooolto tardi!!! Interno del bungalow poco funzionale (veramente pochi mobiletti, e un tavolo sovradimensionato che rendeva difficile il passaggio)

Kühlschrank war Gefrierschrank nicht regulierbar

The location was lovely, not far from the town centre and beautiful view overall. The room was in good condition besides having no access to wi-fi.

There was no wi-fi at the room. Also, the check out was slightly stressful because I had to catch a bus to airport and if I wanted to check out before 7 am I had to leave 35 pounds which I do not feel it correct. I also had to leave 100 pounds in cash deposit which was not highlighted on the website and was slightly inconvenient as I had to take out unaccessary money out and lost money on currency exchange.

Die Nähe zum See und Nähe zu Bardolino und Garda. Der Parkplatz neben dem Zimmer, die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auf dem Gelände und zum Badeplatz.

Der Lärm von der Straße, die Ausstattung des Zimmers ( keine handtuchhalter, keine Abstellflächen für Zahnbürste und Kosmetiker Artikel und so weiter, kein gepflegter Zustand generell des Zimmers, Kaffee Fecken auf dem Tisch Staub und spinnweben auf dem Boden und decken. Gefährlicher metallrahmen des Bettes, verletzungsgefahr. Das laute brummen der Lüfter in Bad und brummen des elektrokastens während der kompletten Nacht nicht abschaltbar? Keine richtigen Stühle und Bilder an der Wand, obwohl mir am ersten Tag schon gesagt hatten dass keine Seife in Bad und der Tresor nicht funktioniert, wurde trotzdem nichts unternommen. Man könnte mit wenig Aufwand den Urlaub viel schöner machen.
