The AC worked amazingly and the water pressure and temperature were great! Very easy check in process, frie staff, great location in the city
We didn’t thoroughly read the description and were surprised by the stairs with our luggage. The walls were very thin and we could easily hear our next door neighbors.

Central location easy to walk everywhere. Room is clean, shower worked well. The bed was incredibly comfortable!
Lots of steep stairs if you stay in the top rooms without a lift which was fine for us but might be tricky for some people.

Beautiful top floor space. No elevator to the top so you get your exercise for sure. The room was so bright and white and lovely. The property is surrounded by wonderful shopping and restaurants and all the tour companies pick up within a block.
Understanding we are in a historic building but would have loved an elevator in the heat.

Location was excellent, room was fairly spacious.
No mention of 11 flights of stairs and no lift. The shower was a trickle, the room facilities very basic, not even a kettle. Only one window actually had a view out of it.
