The apartment is in a quiet residential area approx 15 min walk to the beach and the main area of Cannes. The railway station is also 10min walk away and journeys to Nice, Monaco, Grasse etc are only a short journey away. There are staff to help with ticket purchasing. Alice will keep you informed and Josic and his granddaughter are there with a warm welcome to introduce you to the apartment. The apartment is cleaned and has everything required for a stay and it is also a very good size. There is access to a pool shared with other holiday makers and residents - everyone is very friendly. There is underground private parking if required. Absolutely recommend.

Alice was a very attentive host and we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended if you want to be close to the centre of Cannes - about 12 minute walk to the Palais and less time to shops along Rue Meynardier, Many thanks again!

We had a wonderful time in this apartment. Clean and well situated, it suited our needs. Close to the station and a short walk from amenities, beach, la Croisette etc. Children were very happy with the pool. Alice and Josic are a lovely couple and perfect hosts. Email communication from Alice was always prompt. They were there when we arrived and had left some staples (including a bottle of wine) for us. They went above and beyond when we left - hadn't realised we'd left some clothes behind until Josic arrived on the platform at the train station with them for us! Definitely recommend.

Bel appartement soigné, spacieux et très confortable, bien équipé. Très calme. Il est agréable de profiter des terrasses et du jardin, même en cette saison. Appréciable parking dans le garage de cette résidence de standing. Belle piscine . En dix minutes,à pied, nous sommes au Palais des Festivals, sur la Croisette. Proche de toutes commodités. Hôtesse accueillante; petite corbeille d'accueil et informations touristiques. C'est notre 3ème séjour, ce n'est pas le dernier.
