About this villa rental
It is rare to find a house with a private pool within the limits of a small Greek island port. C. Katopodis Mansion is just 50 metres away from Vathy’s waterfront and its private location escapes the occasional bustle of the village but allows easy access to Vathy’s shops and tavernas. Following the progress of the local fishermen you can be the first one down to choose from the daily catch.
Many of the island’s beaches are only accessible by sea – hire a boat with outboard, keep it moored below the villa and use it to explore the island rather than by car.
C. Katopodis Mansion has the comforts of a spacious, modern villa.
There are dramatic views across the sea to Onassis’ Skorpios island and over Vathy port where the stage setting of fishing boats, yachts and waterfront activities is constantly changing.
Private swimming pool 8 x 5 metres & depth 1.2 – 1.8 metres
Maid service and linen change twice weekly
Location: car hire not essential. Vathy port, a 2 minute walk away, has 6 tavernas, 2 supermarkets, a bakery, 6 café bars and boat hire.

Spacious property well located with better views than expected. Some help with how the property works would have been appreciated - e.g. the wi-fi code, how to get the cooker working. External areas could have done with a sweep.

Clean. Excellent location near to many tavernas. Air conditioning doesn't work well in 2nd bedroom. (Remote control doesn't respond well) Window in lounge above TV doesn't close. Dvd player advertised but there wasn't one!! Despite all this we really enjoyed our stay. Loved the pool.

The villa is superbly situated in Vathy harbour, it is less than a 2 minute walk to the harbour front. The villa is well equipped and has fantastic views. The communication with the owner Costa was superb and anything we needed was provided. Overall, a fantastic villa in a fantastic location.
