Located in the town of Ducos, equidistant from the southern beaches and the lush vegetation of the northern part of the island, you will appreciate the calm of our countryside and the proximity of the city.
The apartment is 5 minutes from major highways and 10 minutes from the airport.
Ideal for a couple or solo vacation or for business travelers, the fully equipped apartment has everything you need to feel comfortable at home.
In the living room there is a TV, a sofa bed, a table and its 4 chairs and a desk area.
The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle ...).
The bedroom is air conditioned and has a double bed and a dressing room.
The accommodation has a bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine.
You can take your meals and aperitifs while watching a magnificent sunset on a terrace with louvered panels and shade veil for privacy while enjoying natural ventilation. Tropical fruit juice and spring water offered on arrival

My Aunt and I stayed here for 7 days. What attracted me to this apartment was the more modern feel and look of it as well as the décor. I stayed in the bedroom which was quite comfortable with the use of the air conditioner and the net. My aunt slept on the futon in the living room. The apartment is exactly as it appeared in the pictures which I loved. It was clean, cozy, and very functional with all the items provided by the owners for a stay. There was even juice and water in the fridge for us upon our arrival. Tony was also very pleasant. I was able to communicate via WhatsApp with him the night before my arrival and received an itinerary via email with perfect direction to the location from the airport as well as some other useful information. Tony was also flexible in welcoming us as we arrived later than planned and also upon our departure which was very early in the morning.
This apartment was perfect for my length of stay and especially for my budget.

Cet endroit est juste ce que nous attendions de notre sejour avec le confort de l'appartement , son equipement , sa proximité avec notre point de chute , son calme tres apreciable. Un voisinage agreable et souriant et un petit jardin "sympa".Que dire de plus sinon que TONY et son epouse nous ont reçu de belle façon et que la gentillesse etait au rendez-vous, enfin pour terminer , une experience et une decouverte pour nous , des plus agreables à renouveller en 2019 pour un sejour plus long . Merci de votre accueil et à l'année prochaine . Tres amicalement CLOTILDE et JEAN-PIERRE .
