Wonderful stay in a nice and comfortable vacation home.

Very nice location. Everything we needed was in the comfortable house. Nice lighting options, electric shutters. Also toys for the kids. Swimming pool for free. Beautiful garden with big trees. Short walk to the supermarket and the nearby port. Friendly host.

Disappointing

We stayed in this house for 4 days. While the house and the area surrounding it were quite beautiful and calm the whole organisation with the landlord was horrible. Starting with a quite cold introduction and showing of the place and ending in long and teadious discussions about getting our security deposit back. While nothing was broken the landlord wanted to keep the deposit for cleaning cost. Keep in mind, this is on top of the 65€ cleaning cost already included in the price! We left the house in good condition and did all the cleaning described in the house rules. Again, while the house itself was nice we would not recommend spending your vacation here due to the suboptimal organisation.

De uitrusting van de accommodatie is compleet. Keuken voorzien van alle noodzakelijke inventaris.

Bad is lek, onbruikbaar. Was vooraf gemeld maar een "compensatie" van korting bij een volgende boeking is niet reëel. Deuren waren heel erg vies: handen en vingers (bij strijklicht te zien) overal op de deuren. P-plaats deels open. Een 8 persoonshuis met 7 zitplaatsen (2bank/fauteuils) in woonkamer. Douche boven: douchekop van de handdouche is stuk, ophanging is stuk, lauw water: wordt niet behaaglijk warm. Schimmel in de kitranden van de schuine ramen in woonkamer.

Très bon séjour

Nous étions 3 couples venus pour faire du vélo. La maison est idéalement située près de points noeuds. Elle est confortable, bien équipée, avec jardin agréable et stockage des vélos pour la nuit.

Tolles, großes Haus mit super Ausstattung und großem Garten - perfekt für Familien!

Das Haus ist groß und super gut ausgestattet. Vom Mixer, Sandwichmaker oder Trockner über einen Grill, Liegestühlen Gesellschaftsspielen und Spielsachen für Draußen ist alles vorhanden, was man so benötigt. 😀 Es gibt zwei Bäder und zwei separate Toiletten. (Bei 8 Personen ist das von Vorteil) Die Betten sind bequem. Der Garten ist komplett umzäumt, sodass Kinder problemlos im Garten spielen können. In der Anlage ist es recht ruhig. Spielplätze und Müllanlage fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Der Schlüsselmanager ist freundlich und war sehr flexibel.

Vor allem die Bäder sollten einmal gründlich gereinigt werden. Im oberen Bad läuft das Wasser in der Dusche schlecht ab. Beide Toiletten haben keine Fenster und keine funktionierende Lüftung. Keine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Bei heißem Wetter könnte es dadurch im oberen Stock (wo sich drei Schlafzimmer befinden) sehr warm werden. Die Anlage an sich ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Die Rezeption ist dauerhaft geschlossen. Das Schwimmbad ebenso. Spielplätze haben wir auch schon schönere gesehen.

Het was een fantastisch verblijf en wij denken er zeker over na om volgend jaar terug te komen!

De locatie beviel ons het best gezien de locatie ongeveer 5 minuten was vanaf het festival terrein van Concert at Sea.

Wat ons minder aan de locatie beviel, maar wat zeker niet een doorn in het oog is geweest, was dat de woning niet echt verkoelend was. Ook al hadden wij de rolluiken naar beneden, de airco aan en de gordijnen dicht, bleef de woning vrij warm aanvoelen.

Magnifique villa au calme, endroit idéal pour déconnecter !

La villa est vraiment bien située pour visiter la Zélande. Située au calme, dans un clos bien entretenu, entourée de verdure et de points d'eau. Le logement est vraiment spacieux et très bien équipé avec des appareils et du mobilier de qualité. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le jardin et ses 3 terrasses ainsi que le barbecue. La communication avec les propriétaires et la concierge pour la remise des clés s'est déroulée sans problème. De plus, il y a un supermarché à 500m.

Absolument rien, tout était parfait !
