I was really impressed by this small, stylish hotel. My family was assigned both rooms on the same floor and it felt like we had a private floor to ourselves. Tea and biscuits were provided in the rooms; there were sweets and snacks to help ourselves to in the common area; and everything was super comfortable, down to the sunken bathtub in the bathroom. Besides the hotel's convenient location, we also appreciated that we could easily get bike rental and discounted ferry tickets at the front desk. The colourful, varied breakfasts were truly exceptional -- home-cooked, served hot, generous and delicious.
There is no lake view, but we actually quite enjoyed watching the activity in the street from our balcony.

Close to all amenities, clean rooms, staff were friendly and very helpful. Nice chill out area on the second floor, provides plenty of refreshments.

Location and staff was all very helpful and friendly.
They did basic cleaning daily unless asked to do full clean otherwise.

The room was clean and well set up, the location was convenient, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff were accomadating and friendly. We had a really enjoyable stay!
