About this house rental
Set in the Heart of the old market town of Holmfirth, famous for the home of the popular TV Series 'Last Of The Summer Wine', the house is only a 5 minute walk to the busy village centre, set in the beautiful Holme Valley the property has commanding views over the surrounding countryside, an ideal base for walking and cycling without having to drive anywhere. The Peak District is only a 10 mins away, and Holmfirth has plenty of restaurants, wine bars, cafes, and local pubs (all home cooked food) for dining out. In Holmfirth and the surrounding area, there are plenty of activities for children of all ages. The house has private (enclosed gardens) and attractive decking with furniture for eating outside, there is also a large games room and BAR and 2 TV lounges, (52'plasma) making the property ideal for large families, or 2 families wanting to share, with a separate staircase leading to two of the bedrooms and a bathroom, (this allows large groups some privacy). Hot Tub Spa which is for your own sole use during your stay ( time restrictions apply at night)

Amazing stay, the house was really nice, great location and me and my family had the best time away for my mums 60th and new year, the owner came to clean the hot tub everyday and the communication was great though out our stay. Would highly recommend to everyone. Thank you again.

The property is beautiful with amazing views. A great place for a large group. There's so much space and lot's to do. The kitchen is well equiped and great to entertain in.
The karaoke was lots of fun and there's also a bar with a fridge to store your drinks. The hottub was wonderful and very spacious. would definitely recommend.

This is an amazing, spacious & lovely property with beautiful views. It has plenty of room options to accommodate all age groups. We enjoyed a fantastic few days in a wonderful property and location. The owner was easy to contact & very helpful whenever we needed to ask or check anything. Would love to return again.
