Great location and the friendliest welcoming staff!
A bit run down - the kitchen only has one cup (we were three), and the kitchen items have seen better days (as the washing machine). Comfortable with two bathrooms, and overall ok. If you don’t like gloomy buildings, and expect tons of light or a view this place is not for you.

Great location in Flamenco district. Easy to walk everywhere. Lots of great bars and restaurants nearby. Very interesting and quirky place with sufficient space. Got a good feel of "being in" Jerez.
Superficial cleanliness was adequate but looked as though it hadn't been cleaned properly for a long time. dirt and dust in corners and cracks, stains on railings. Freezer definitely hadn't even been looked at, drawers were dirty and still contained stuff from, not recent, previous guests.

Piso reformado hace no muchos años, pero con muchas humedades y claras muestras de abandono
Edificio muy antiguo, muchas humedades, abandono, dejadez.
Falta de limpieza (lo justo) y de mantenimiento. Necesita arreglar las humedades, pintura, etc.
Dos de los dormitorios son interiores, con olor a humedad.
La distribución es bastante mala
El sofá cama es de risa.
Obras y restos de escombros a la entrada.
Exteriormente el edificio es muy cutre.
