It was great!

We had a wonderful stay. Communication with Aris was excellent from the very beginning until the end of our stay. We didn’t have any problems or misunderstandings whatsoever. Everything was spotless and tidy, with mosquito nets on all windows and perfectly working air conditioning. The studio had a small fridge with freezer, kettle, and hotplates (no oven). We arrived after midnight and found food and drinks waiting for us in the studio as a welcome gesture, which was a really nice touch from the hosts. After three nights, two sets of fresh towels were left at our door, which I also consider a bonus. A washing machine is available for use, located outside the unit and shared among the guests. The bathroom size was totally fine, despite what some reviews say. My only suggestions would be a slightly wider bed (if possible) and maybe a new mattress – otherwise, everything was perfect. The neighborhood itself is extremely calm and quiet, with a pleasant atmosphere and architecture. On the next street, there is a grocery store, and a bit further away, another supermarket. Lidl is about a 20-minute walk away. The nearest beach is also around 20 minutes on foot, and from there, it’s another ten minutes to the historic city center and the old harbor. Close to the property, there is also a bus stop, from where you can reach the other beaches beyond the center fairly quickly. I recommend both the accommodation and Chania in general – a wonderful city with kind and helpful people.

Not worth the price and the hassle.

The flat was clean - but I wouldn’t call it “Luxury studio “ - is old, damaged, has mold etc -This is misleading and is not OK.

Firstly, the smell was overwhelming the moment I entered — it stinks like a sheepfold, even after leaving the windows open for days. There’s no washing machine, and not even the basics in the kitchenette — no dish towel, no soap some salt at least, nothing. I noticed in other reviews that the owner expects guests to buy these themselves. Honestly, no one wants to invest in such things for just a few days; it’s a waste of money. Also, the location is very far from the center — around a 35- 40 minute walk, and you need to rush to avoid the heat. The bus takes 30 minutes, according to Google. I’m sorry to say all this, but the owner should be more realistic: change the name of the apartments OR to give it a proper clean, and offer some basic amenities — it wouldn’t cost much. I appreciate that he’s responsive, but at the end of the day, this is part of the job..took few pics.

The location is pretty close to the center of Chania and we walked every day there. The minimarket is very close. The seaside is also very close. The neighborhood is quiet. We were pleased with our stay at Halepa Apartments. Chania is a very nice city and we would return gladly here.

The bed mattress is hard. More kitchen ware would be appreciated.

Wonderful stay in a perfect neighborhood that's close but away from touristic parts

The apartment was absolutely massive and a very comfortable home for my stay in Chania. The kitchen had all the equipment needed to prepare meals. The host was really responsive and accommodating to everything I needed and even brought me soap for the washing machine. The location was also perfect, easy to walk to town but nice and secluded from the touristic parts. I will definitely stay there again.

Calme, spacieux, stationnement à proximité

Calme, spacieux pour 2, équipements corrects, même si un parking n'est pas inclus facilité de stationnement dans l'impasse, malgré les chaleurs début septembre la climatisation n'a pas été nécessaire, bien situé pour accéder à la presqu'île d'Akrotiri.

Pas d'eau chaude le soir de notre venue. Incident signalé au propriétaire après avoir décidé de prendre une douche froide (j'espérais que l'eau chaude finisse par arriver ce qui ne fut pas la cas). Le propriétaire m'indiquait alors simplement de recommencer à tirer de l'eau (ce que je n'ai pas fait alors). Le lendemain idem dans l'évier de la cuisine. Or, après intervention du propriétaire, il s'agissait d'une inversion eau chaude eau froide au robinet, ce que semblait découvrir le propriétaire ! Il semblerait que le problème de la veille au soir provenait, d'après un message du propriétaire après notre départ , d'une panne sur la panneau solaire qui impactait uniquement notre logement.

El apartamento estaba bien situado, en un sitio tranquilo. La terraza da mucho juego para desayunar, comer o cenar allí. El dueño del apartamento ha sido muy amable, cualquier cosa que necesitamos, sin duda nos la dio.

Faltaba algo más de menaje, ya que para cocinar solo había una pequeña paella y un cazo. Hubiera venido bien alguna sartén más. Tampoco vendría mal un microondas.

La struttura era in un’ottima posizione per visitare comodamente la zona(in auto). Centro di canea raggiungibile in 30 minuti a piedi. Struttura molto pulita e molto fresca, abbiamo apprezzato il terrazzino.

La cucina è molto basilare con 2 fuochi a induzione molto lenti. Cuscini poco comodi.

Апартаменти дуже затишні й комфортні. Розташування було ідеальним для наших запитів - було тихо, на відміну від центру. Хоча центр знаходиться в пішій доступності. Але, також часто їздить громадський транспорт + можна взяти в аренду авто. Загалом, район Halepa - такий собі аристократичний куточок. Дуже близько море - неймовірної краси бухта + пройшовши далі, можна знайти й пісочні пляжі. У помешканні є все необхідне, аби готувати самому. Поряд є супермаркет і дві пекарні. Кімнати невеличкі, але вистачає місця для всього. Не жарко - хоча є кондиціонер (який ми ні разу не вмикали))))). Власники дуже привітні й швидко відповідають на повідомлення. Допомогли, коли моя дитина захворіла - принесли термометр і ліки.

Все було добре.
