Impeccable. La vue de l’appartement est absolument superbe, la terrasse permet de bien en profiter ! Le logement est super bien aménagé, très propre, avec tous les équipements nécessaires. La grande hauteur sous plafond crée un espace agréable. Le logement dispose aussi de son parking gratuit juste devant avec un portail ce qui est très bien. La rue et les alentours sont calmes. L’accueil est également parfait, Milan est très sympathique, très disponible et arrangeant.

Milan war ein äußerst netter, freundlicher Gastgeber. Er und sein Sohn haben auf uns gewartet, dann wurde uns der Schlüssel gegeben und man hat uns noch alles erklärt: die Fernbedienung vom Fernseher, Boiler im Bad und wo man am besten essen kann. Dadurch, dass wir zu der Zeit die einzigen Gäste waren in dem schönen Haus, hatten wir im Haus selbst extreme Ruhe. Auch die Nachbarn im Haus links nebenan waren außerordentlich ruhig, so dass wir zum ersten Mal in Kroatien einen wirklich ruhigen Aufenthalt hatten :-). Der Fernseher hat einige deutsche Programme, es steht eine Couch und ein Sessel zur Verfügung, der Kleiderschrank hat genügend Fächer und Kleiderbügel. Die Aussicht vom großen Balkon ist phänomenal - über Opatija, die Inseln Krk und Cres und die Kvarner Bucht. Man ist in keinen 5 Minuten unten in Opatija, hat aber trotzdem dann "da oben auf der Anhöhe" des Apartments seine Ruhe.

Wonderful host, very helpful, amazing view from the terrace of the mountains, the bay and the harbor. Quite place away from noisy neighbors. Beautiful apartment with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, full kitchen facilities where it was nice to prepare a meal and several coffee machines. Comfortable space, very dog-friendly (it's not hot even in the middle of summer, and in the evening you feel pleasantly cool on the terrace). An ideal starting point for trips to the island of Krk, to the mountains in the Učka National Park or to Pula. In addition, a safe parking place and a restaurant 3 minutes from the house.
