Services (Self Catering) Villas 8 and 9

Easy communication with the owner Jay. Good value for 3 bedrooms with one room with 1 x king bed and two other bedrooms with twins, excellent for group of friends. Nice pool although they are very strict about the rules but it is because of state of Goa rules from what we were told. Private entrance and private parking. Cleaning of the villa included every few days.

All was good for the value.

less parking space, need pest control in kitchen, extra mattress need to have good quality, mattress in bedrooms are not comfortable.

The property was good but could have been a lot better in terms of service.

There were HUGE cockroaches in the bedroom. The toilets were not very clean. Well equipped but could be better by providing basic services for example there is fridge, washing machine everything in the kitchen but the fees does not include utensil cleaning we have to do it by ourselves, now to do this they don’t provide with the soap scrub anything the point is if someone is travelling to Goa why would they carry a utensil cleaning soap ? They could provide basic things which doesn’t require a lot of money to be spent. Vim bar of 10 rupees, scrub for 10 rupees and atleast a Rin Detergent of 10 rupees to use the washing machine could make it a lot better. There are total 3 bedrooms out of which only 1 has a queen sized bed remaining 2 rooms have 2single beds joined but it makes it very uncomfortable 2 sleep especially for couples. The restaurant at the property doesn’t serve food to visitors of this villa specifically also that staff was quiet rude.
