The house was cute, in traditional rural style, with nice decorations. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room. The town where its located (Bobia de Arriba) is small, lovely. Asturian village. The views from Windows were beautiful. However, we were quite disapppointed with various aspects: 1. The house was very dirty. Bedrooms (mostly 2 upstairs) looked like no one vacuumed there at least for weeks, big pieces of dirt and dostałam were around beds. We are not very demaning in that matter and even for us it was too much. 2. Kitchen was quite dirty and not equipped with basic stuff, such as trash bags or kitchen cloth to dry dishes after washing. 3. There is outside area but it cant be used to spend time outside, really - its more like set of completely abandoned agriculturale complex, rather than "terrace" or "garden". There was Tiny space with barbecue but both barbecue ans nearby chairs looked abandoned and very dirty. The rest of parcel is ok to make a walk once. But nothing to enjoy time outside - and it was a pity, as it was very important factor for us, while choosing the place and we imagined it differently. 4. Finally - we came with a mid-size dog and it was extremely important for us that parcel is closed. I called especially The owner before and asked about it and got response that some part of parcel is closed witn fence - it was not true, all parts of parcels were open and not secure for dogs (some parts had holes in the fence, but owner told me, that little part with barbecue is closed -.not true, its fully open from one side and dog can get out on the street. The owner told me that unless dog jumps high, it cant jump over the fence - the true was, the "fence" was so Tiny one could go.over it with one step. We ended up spending all time inside the house (a pity as weather was nice) and vigilating the dog, that had to be all the time inside or on the leash.
Neglected outdoor space, no possibility to spend time outside, lack of space for dog, no or super tiny fence on the parcel, lack or very basic stuff in the kitchen, house was very dirty (some rooms were not vacuumed for weeks at least)
